I had been looking for Milwaukee tools but didn't want to spend too much. This site solved that problem.

I was skeptical based on a couple reviews, however in both cases I assumed errors may have been by the customer. I may have assumed incorrectly, but I decided to try genuine tools out.

My experience was just fine. I made a purchase and changed my mind within minutes of ordering and tried to cancel / change my order. I notified genuine tools right away and they said the item had already shipped. (They hadnt read my cancelation request until after the weekend) I returned it and received full credit. I ordered another item and then another and received both quickly with no problem. Im a satisfied customer. Prices were the best I could find online. Tools were actual Milwaukee brand. Delivery was prompt. My questions and concerns were answered promptly and professionally. I will buy again from genuine tools.

For what its worth its become too easy to trash companies online. I understand how frustrating it can be to feel as if you've been had, but in this day and age too many folks expect more and more from companies... Sometimes too much....

No I do not work for genuine tools . Im just a customer that wants a fair price on name brand tools and prompt service. I got exactly that.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM AND DO NOT HONOR THEIR REFUND POLICY. 20% RESTOCKING FEE ON USED PRODUCTS. THEY WILL NOT HONOR IT. THEY LIED AND SAID MY SMALL RETURNED BOX INCLUDED A CHARGER AND A TOOL. SMH THESE PPL WILL LIE AND LIE AND SCAM. I PRAY WHEN THEY SEND MY TOOL (IF THEY SEND IT BACK) BACK ITS MESSED UP SO I CAN SUE THEM FOR DAMAGES. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR 5 YEAR WARRANTY. HOME DEPOT HAS NEVER HEARD OF THEM. DO NOT BUY YOUR WARRARNTY NOR REFUND WILL BE HONORED. THEY WILL SAY THEY CANT WARRANTY OUT USED PRODUCTS.

this company stole my sent back merchandise and refund money simply because i used the product for a week and didn’t like it. DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY CHANGED THEIR RETURN POLICY ALL OVER ONE PERSON AND THATS ME. THEY STOLE MY MERCHANDISE AND MY REFUND MONEY. THEY LIED AND SAID I NEVER ORDERED FROM THEM. THEY NEVER SOLD THE ITEM. SO THEY KEPT MY ITEM AND MY MONEY. THE POLICE AND COURT SYSTEM WILL BE INVOLVED. THEY LIED AND SAID I HAD A CHARGER IN THE BOX. I RECORDED AND HAVE PROOF OF THE PACKAGE BEFORE IT WAS SENT BACK. THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LIES AND WILL STEAL FROM YOU. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE BOTH MY FIANCÉ AND I DEBIT CARD LAST NIGHT FOR 249$ DOLLARS WE HAD TO CALL OUR BANKS FOR NEW CARDS. THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU. BUYER BEWARE. THEY LAUGHED ON THE PHONE AND HUNGED UP IN MY FACE WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MERCHANDISE BACK OR A REFUND. THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL FROM YOU AND TRY TO CHARGE YOUR CARD WHILE YOURE ASLEEP FOR MAKING A BAD REAL REVIEW ON THIS COMPANY.

Got a good brand name battery from them at a fantastic price. When it (quickly) arrives, it's the real deal. I don't know how they do it, but I scored some major savings.

The oscillating tool I wanted was competitively priced well with Genuine tools and shipping was seamless . The tool arrived with no issues the only issue I would recommend to Genuine tools is not to ship the tool in its original packaging since it’s becomes a target for porch pirates when delivered .

I made a stupid mistake by ordering to my old address. I called them on Monday, I had ordered on Friday night. These guys helped track down the package and stopped it after finding it on the truck. They then sent it to my correct address.

The tool worked as expected and was indeed genuine.
