Prompt service and great customer service!

Gentle patches GLP-1 raised my blood pressure to a dangerous level within 1 week. I thought I was going to die! Worthless!!

I unfortunately had to complain about the courier delivering to the wrong address after very clear and very quick instructions on what images to send i got a response very quickly and was sent a new batch let’s see if yodel deliver correctly this time the customer service from all the team was outstanding but especially from Patrick a huge thank you for your brilliant

They were helpful and responded quickly.

Sometimes things don’t go as planned in your life so I wrote to customer service and asked if I could cancel my subscription. They told me that they could offer me a discount and when I advised that I was sorry but that wouldn’t work so they said okay. I was very pleased because some companies have no heart and give you a hard time but they didn’t. They just said they were sorry to loose me and cancelled my subscription.

I just began using one day ago so cannot give an honest opinion on any type of results..

Customer Service replied promptly with a few suggestions, all sorted in a short while.
Just edited! 1 month later had to chase refund.

Terrible customer service! I returned the patches I ordered in January, they confirmed they received them and claimed they issued a refund on 1/30/26. I hadn’t received it on 2/12/26 so I reached out to them again. They responded that it was issued to my original payment method and said it was my banks problem. I contacted my credit card company who had me file a dispute. G.P. responded that my order was fulfilled and my claim was denied. I reopened the dispute with THEIR documentation that $0 refunds had been issued for my orders and THEIR emails that they issued me a refund. 4 months later still no refund! They are crooks and aren’t to be trusted.

My order was not what I expected. I contacted the company and within 1 minute had a very pleasant answer back.
My problem has been taken care of and I am amazed at the WONDERFUL customer service. Very nice to deal with people who actually do their jobs so well. Very , Very thankful.

Helpful & understanding & speedy

This company is scamming money out of hard working people with their spurious claims that you have a subscription.
They have taken money from my bank account without prior warning. I asked for a cancellation and refund and was told that the order had already dispatched so I was too late.If I want a refund I have to pay return costs and a “re-stocking” fee!
I want a full refund and instead they’ve offered percentage discounts.
I’m so angry that I’ve fallen victim to this.
The patches are rubbish. They don’t work. . Hold onto your cash and avoid at all costs.

I had an issue due to my own error. The company immediately resolved the problem.

I mistakenly paid for an order when looking for a discount I emailed this company and they refunded be immediately and a really kind email from Patrick in this day and age where I haven ripped off so many times I was so grateful would definitely use this company in the future

I did not feel a difference from the use of this product. It was my understanding that this product was a good substitute for GLP 1 . I found that it nothing at all.
I will not be re ordering.
It would be nice if i received my money back.

I have been on the patches for 2 weeks. I really haven’t seen any change. My gravels may not be as bad. I really don’t think so.
I haven’t lost any weight so far.
I will continue to use faithfully to see if I get any results.
I am so hopefully they will work.

So far, so good. It's only been a week since I started using them so it's too early to tell any difference but even though the scale is still the same, it seems like the little fat pockets on my shins are shrinking.

The patches don’t work as it’s difficult for the substance to be absorbed through the skin. The capsules are far more effective with clinical trials to support.
I returned my patches in line with the company policy and paid the p&p, took ages and chasing for a refund to be made and when it was made £5 was deducted for warehouse handling costs . The emails from the company were very nice and apologetic, but I would not lose my money to this company again.
Top tip buy the berberine capsules they are cheaper and effective.

This is a scam. Sticks are just that..stickers. They don't work. They don't understand the word cancel...no... don't want. They say manually cancelled. Then the following month they are sending another pack of stickers. Cancelled payment with bank. 32020201603 next order number due for despatch 23rd May after three attempts to cancel with promises before of manually cancelling order.
It would be zero rating.

Very prompt delivery. Products are well presented and packaged. Customer service was second to none helped out when I really needed it.
