Avoid at all cost

Avoid! Car took 1 hour and 40 minutes to be returned. Hardly the meet and greet service we thought we had booked! Staff were unhelpful and disorganised. Would never use them again!

Never use these again

Never use these again. I wish I'd taken the drivers details. Shot through contra flow road works where red light was clearly showing. Met a bus coming the other way. He drove fast and dangerously. Will be trying to find out who regulates this company and report them.
Their drop off point is full of potholes, one of them I had the pleasure of meeting up close and personal!
No assistance, even opened the van boot myself to get luggage out.
Lastly the rear suspension sounded like it had given up the ghost.

Awful service

Awful service - collection always takes min 1h 30 in my experience and I have had enough. Impossible to get hold of on the phone, then they lie about time it will take and make up excuses about traffic (absolute garbage as I checked). Staff could not care less as they already have your money. Can't see this lot surviving with this service. Gave them the benefit of the doubt before - not any longer.

Terrible terrible service.

Terrible terrible service.
do not use! It's cheap for a reason.

It took over an hour to get us from the airport which is the last thing you need after a long flight. When we called to chase them... they kept saying... 5 mins and then hung up, again and again.... so rude.

When we collected our car it had food wrappers left in it which we did NOT leave and we had some random jump leads left on the back seat, so god knows what has happened!

AVOID! I am standing in Gatwick and have been for an hour at 12am. I booked this for a fast service instead of having to get the train or shuttle but I would almost be home by now!!!!

Galaxy Parking Abadoned My Car

We wait over an hour for our car to be returned. We then got a call from their driver who went to the wrong floor so we went down to meet him. We found our car unattended with a slit in the front tyre. The driver had not stayed to sort the issue and left the key to the car on a different wheel for anyone to pick up. The staff could not care less and keep hanging up on us when we call to sort the issue.

Slow service better off using long stay

Similar to many other reviews it took almost 1hour to get the car delivered back and when it arrived there seemed to be a lot less fuel than I had expected. Where are they parking our cars that takes this long? Have used many valet companies in the past and these are definitely the worst.

Terrible service

Terrible service, email said to call on landing and allow 25-30 minutes. Called 3 times and said "they were on their way" and after 50 minutes they just said "I should have allowed 1 hour" not 25-30 minutes as stated on the email....really rude staff and incredibly unhelpful.

Avoid this company and use any other company.

Poor poor poor

Poor avoid

On my departure the driver was excessively speeding to the airport, no consideration of passengers other road users , tailgating and slamming on.

Arrivals took 1hr from calling to be picked up
No help with luggage, no other passengers no apology just excuses.

Heading towards the compound a police car moved from the petrol station into the compound area, the driver slowed down and parked at the petrol station stating I was to leave here as he was going to the shop, no more than 10 seconds later he drove past me into the compound must have changed his mind about the shop, clearly has something to hide and extremely suspicious behaviour.

Awful service

Awful service
Met by someone with no ID taking the car keys - took ages for her to get someone remotely to verify she could take the keys.
On return after waiting 30 minutes we found our car in a disabled bay with keys on the front wheel and car park ticket in the car. Zero security
Very relieved the car was not stolen

Look elsewhere - awful service.

The whole operation is ran poorly.

We phoned the office to say we had our bags and had landed and were told the guy was on his way. For just a ten minute trip, over an hour later we were finally picked up. Other couples had done the same thing and we were all left waiting for far too long. Communication was poor - when asked for updates we were consistently told ‘5 more minutes’.

The staff were not helpful and the service the provided was bare minimum. The driver didn’t help anyone with their luggage. The employees were rude and would hang up on their customers.

While collecting our car, another couple had found a muffin wrapper in their car.

DO NOT USE!!!!

The office and compound is run down with crap cctv, doesn’t look like it works. On both trips they didn’t offer to help with luggage even to family’s carrying babies. When we got back I called 30 mins before coming out of the airport, they didn’t pick up the first 4 times and then said they would send a car.

The man that turned up didn’t know if he was taking us so took other people first and then we ended up waiting in the cold for an hour, with them hanging up the phone on us when we called to ask what was happening. 3 other couples we met there were having the same experience

Disgusting service

Disgusting service! Waited over 5 minutes for car to be collected whilst all the time the driver was on her phone and we had to find her-luckily.

On return we had to wait over 1 hour and fifteen minutes before our car arrived, bearing in mind this is a meet and greet service, even after 18 phone calls. When the driver finally arrived he just said don't blame me, I'm just doing my job.

Parking fine in McDonald’s!

I have received a parking fine through the door from not long after they collected my vehicle from me in Gatwick south terminal they had parked in a McDonald’s disabled bay when I was already through into the terminal I have emailed all the proof to them days ago and still not heard back, I will now try to appeal the fine or get it sent over to them. I emailed with all of the proof to show that they had my vehicle.
Do not use this company they will take your car to get McDonald’s breakfast !!!!!!!
