Good but not perfect
Excellent soccer shoes, with discounts at low prices. I'm reporting a problem with the Puma I bought, likely due to a manufacturing error. Shipping (international, I'd say) was very poor, as the boxes arrived destroyed.

Extremely bad customer support…
Extremely bad customer support regarding a clear manufacturing defect on a 250eu football boot, that is now unwearable.
They just say no defect is visible after i have send 11 pictures that clearly shows how the eyelets for the laces are just falling apart.

Two different excuses for item not being dispatched
Ordered a pair of football boots on 28th June. Item showed as in stock and available for immediate dispatch. It is now the 2nd July and the boots have still not been sent. When I first queried it they stated that their courier was having system issues and therefore the dispatch was being delayed. I then re-queried it 2 days later and their excuse this time was that they were experiencing IT issues. Will leave it a couple more days and if no progress then the order will be cancelled.

Great support from customer service
Great support from customer service. They changed my order when requested, informed me about print details, helped a lot and they did all that in one day.
I am really happy with the store. But only one thing, shipping to Croatia is done with the Overseas and it was my worst shipping experience in my life. The package arrived to the Croatian logistics center on June 16th, 2.5km away from delivery address in capital city. They delivered it on July 1st.
You should really consider changing the delivery service. For example UPS got another package on June 30th and delivered it on July 1st. That is delivery.

Worst experience with buying from this…
Worst experience with buying from this company. Allow you to order for UK shipment and then after 5 days when you start asking them where is your order they answer you all UK orders is on Hold because their delivery provider got system issue at the moment and no estimated time given. So here the question why then you
allow people to order. BE AWARE!!!
