UK deliver Issues
Ordered €300 boots on 16/06/25. Promise of 3-5 days delivery is proving misleading.
So far 2 weeks after my order there is still no sign of dispatch, let alone receipt.
It looks like not their errors though as they tell me it's an issue with ALL deliveries to the UK.
ALL UK DELIVERIES ARE ON HOLD.
This sounds serious, for such a business. I pray that the serious delivery issues with this company are resolved soon. I will update daily.
Update: The boots have been dispatched. I have also been offered a 10% voucher for my next (?) purchase.
Fingers crossed they arrive in 3-5 days 🤞🤞
Update2: They didn't arrive in 3-5 days but they did arrive eventually after another week. Total 3-4 weeks for delivery to UK. When arrived, the boots were great! Exactly as ordered.👍

The delivery time was relatively fast, I live in the Netherlands so 3 days is not bad.
I ordered a pair of football boots on a really great deal and some grip socks, although sadly the boots were just to small. It wasn't a big problem though as I could very simply return them with help from the site and instantly got my money back when they received the package back.

The only thing I didn't really like was that my order was shipped in a plastic bag instead of a box. So just the shoe box in a bag with the socks just thrown in with it. This meant that the shoebox arrived damaged and dented everywhere.

This is an update to my review and their responses as below.
DO NOT but from here if there is even a slight possibility that you will need to return from the UK, which is VERY common with footwear.
ALL of the good reviews are from people who have not experienced their return process, look at those reviews, like mine who have.
It is a DISGRACE that they will not compensate me and their response to contact them came to nothing, so they say ´THANK YOU FOR TRUSTING US´….what a JOKE.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered a pair of New Balance trainers at £78.
They arrived within a week but the packaging was damaged, the bag and box were all ripped.
The shoes looked ok but I wasn't happy about them being tossed around without packaging.
The shoes are too small for me so I went on the website to arrange, what I thought would be an easy return. I never usually have a problem with sizing with New Balance so I also wonder if they are authentic?
Absolute nightmare, they make you pay for the whole return and the taxes to Spain.
It would cost £19 postage plus £28 in taxes!
I don't know how a shoe Company runs like this as you never know if the shoes are going to fit until you try them.
I've emailed but just got a standard response.
DO NOT buy from this Company unless you're prepared to pay as much to return as it almost is to buy their products.
