They sold in the store the item that I had bought online
As I read, taking the money and not delivering the product appears to be a mode of conducting business with this company. In my case they went even further: I bought online a product that was stated as 'available in the branch'. When I went to pick it up, the business associate candidly told me that they had sold it. Now I am in touch with customer service. Let see how long it takes to get this straight.

16.12.2021: Fantastic! I took the time to call the service number, for grins and giggles. The gentlemen (very polite, to be honest), informed me that things work all different: if you order online and choose a branch to pick up an item that even says that the item is available for immediate pick up, it is actually not how you think. You do not just go and pick it up, because said item is sent by the central warehouse. Except, as I learned, the item is not available in the central warehouse, because it is sold out and they have no idea when there will be more. There might be one in a different branch, but there is no way they would be bothered to call one branch .and send the item to the one you picked. That would be customer service. "We don't do that". Would they bother to call and tell the customer? No. I could of course go to the 'other branch' and buy it there, and ask to have the online order cancelled and refunded. Instead, I just cancel the order and request a refund (let's see how long that takes) and buy it from somebody who actually gives out goods in exchange for the money they take. How is that?
Where is the zero star option? Worse than bad.

I ordered a phone with an estimated delivery time of 3-6 working days. After two weeks I still haven't received anything. The customer service almost always answers with automatic messages. After several delays they said that they still have to receive the goods from the supplier but in the meantime they continue to declare that the item is available on their site. I paid over 1000- and still haven't received anything. Bad, absolutely not recommended, I will never buy anything from this shop again. Don't make my mistake!

Poor service, doubtful practices. Avoid this company at all costs
Good morning,
I am giving Fust a one star rating because I cannot give them less and believe me even one star is too much.
Fust must be the worst company in all Switzerland,
I ordered a phone which should have been delivered within one week the latest, it's been three weeks and I am yet to see my order delivered.
They mislead you with their shorter delivery timelines but once you order and pay, then the delivery dates are delayed again and again.
The HelpCenter is useless and incompetent, they commit on new delivery dates, which are then again never met. I've written to them several times and eventually they told me that the delivery date is now unknown after committing on specific dates. When I started asking why the previous delivery dates have not been met obviously nobody replies to my requests anymore, they just ignore me, because this is what a good service is about: ignoring your customers once you have taken their money. Fust practices are those of crooks and they should be ashamed about it. This will be my last purchase from this company, and unless you want poor service and shady practices, there are a plenty of competitors in the market who outperform Fust by far.

2nd SWITEL DECT Set I buy
This is the second SWITEL DECT phone set I buy in 2 years (two phone lines). I was glad to find a second set of the same model at a favorable price.
I just regret I had to go physically to the shop to pick it up. It's not clear why they could not ship it by mail. Anyway, shop salesman was helpful and very cordial.

Terrible custumer-care service - online shop
Terrible custumer-care service, I received a damaged product (proven with pictures) asked for replacement or refund but never received a concrete answer regarding the next steps. It has been 2 months now that I’m trying to get this issue solved but apparently nobody has the responsibility to take the decision to refund the client. Unbelievable! I’m wondering if I’ll ever see my money back! I cannot recommend to buy on Fust online.

Definitely not happy with online ordering
This must be the worst shopping experience I had in Switzerland. Online order in this country is still too primitive apparently. I paid to have next-day delivery and a simple watch cant arrive in one week. I tried sending emails and call and never got any response. If this wasn't a big company I would be 100% sure I am scammed. Currently fighting to get my money back. Horrible service. Instead of only responding to the glowing comments it would be nice if they addressed the customers who are having problems.

Order done on 4th October with delivery at 5th October.
Up to now, i did tno receive anything yet. Now DPD is saying that delivery with be today the 7th October.
Very bad service from your logistic provider.
