Never received the iPhone I ordered!
This company is a joke. I ordered an iPhone, the website said it will be ready to collect between 20.06 and 27.06. Didn't hear anything even after the due date, so on the 08.07 eventually wrote an e-mail to ask what is happening with the order. Never got an answer. Wrote another e-mail, no answer again. Today is 15.07.

I had to order an XBox Series X from Fust. It was showing as AVAILABLE on the shop near to my home.
Booked it, paid by web, and the day after received the message that the console was ready to be collected.
All was perfect and the personnel was nice and friendly. Thank you for the smooth transaction.

I had huge troubles when I ordered a drier but got a washing machine. Took three weeks and many phone calls. I swore never to buy anything again. I got weak and regretted it instantly. I accidentally gave the wrong address as i moved. Waited over 40min in the line and was hanged up on finally. Asked for a call back which never came. NEVER ever again. No for real

Delivery never came and no refund
More than a month ago I ordered an item on their website. I received a leaflet from DPD in my leaflet telling me I was not home and I had to pickup the parcel in a shop in a closely city. That day I was home all day and no one rang.
As it is very inconvenient for me to go and pickup the item (that's why I ordered online), I contacted Fust to get a refund. One month later I'm still waiting and they don't even reply to my emails anymore.
Very disappointed Fust is using a low-cost delivery service such as DPD (1.2 ⭐️ on Trustpilot). They probably wanted to lower cost, but they just lost a customer.

Online purchase .... worse service
Ordered Dyson V15 online, got it as expected and all was great until I start to use the product and realized there is an issue with the product (first minutes of usage). Immediately contacted Fust, and since it has been complete nightmare.... it took them 1 week to pick-up the product. No refund and no replacement of the product.
Fust Customer service claims it is Dyson responsibility and I need to have patience. BUT I bought brand new product from FUST. It is already for 1 month without any news on the product "repair" as they claim and no order number no nothing, nor refund or replacement. How much patience I need to have? I didn't even receive a confirmation number or a place I can see what the status of this situation. last time I talked to Fust the representative sent me to talk to Dyson?! Clearly Dyson couldn't help as I'm not FUST (and I even don't have the details of the item repair number)
Being held as a hostage - with no money back and no product. Just lots of frustration.
Worse service ever. Never experienced something so ridicules like this purchase. If it wouldn't be 800 CHF I would give up and buy a new one.

Dear Fust representative, even your reply below is frustrating. there is nothing firm there - when i will be able to have the brand new product that i acquired from Fust - it is over 6 weeks now from the initial purchase and a month since the product was collected from my home. The ONLY reply i get from all Fust service providers is "thank you for your patience" and "it will be as soon as possible". this doesn't give any solution to the issue..... why no one is alert with such service (or more the lack of it). I just wanted to buy a vacuum cleaner....

worst customer service ever
I've bought a hoover (Dyson brand) off of Fust website. It got delivered outside my door, in its original packet. It got stolen before i could have the 300 francs worth item in my hands. Fust does not want to refund.
I could have had apprx. 35 more years of being one of their customers, too bad for them.

Fust Reparatur (service repair) - this is a joke. We had our dishwasher repaired and the technician said he guarantees it will be working for the next 5 years. We paid 400 Fr and it broke after 2 weeks.

Awful costumer service
One of the worst costumer service of my life: 20-40 minutes to talk to the relevant person, the set up appointments without your approval with no way of cancelling and get mad if you aren't there, it takes months to fix a simple light on a kitchen. Would never buy again there

Terrible service, never got my order
Bought an Apple TV box, it was never delivered. Called customer service, blamed the issue on DPD. No one can show evidence that the article was delivered. Lost 150 CHF. Terrible experience and took me 2 months to get this feedback. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience. Never again

It seems FUST has just forwarded me a product (C3 series 120 Vacuum cleaner) returned by someone else. It does NOT have 3 important attachments - Crevice Nozzle, Mattress Nozzle and Dusting brush....
Ideally I would like to return this product unless these attachments are sent pronto.
