TV never installed
Bought a TV including installation, it was never installed.
They were supposed to come 3 times, never happened.
One month later: TV is still on the floor.
Now I have to wait till Monday for them to call me back as today “the driver just went back cause he didn’t have the right tools”…
Cost: 380.-
Update: the TV is still on the floor. I asked for a refund and I’ve been told they will just refund the cost to fix it but not the rest…

Washing machine that finally turned up
Washing machine broke, called out for repair.... took a week for someone to turn up, 20mins later told it would be better to buy a new one.
So, went to the store that day, they had one in store and paid for it to be installed.
I was told this would be done in a week.... a week later nothing, rang but no answer, emailed and got a callback.
This is when I was informed it would be 2 weeks before delivery as it was coming from a warehouse (not the store as I was told when purchasing).
Two weeks later, a call in the day it was due to be delivered, you guessed it, no we cannot deliver for at least another two weeks!!!.
Now the customer service calls have been polite and friendly which must be praised.
The delivery service is deplorable to say the least, a disgrace.
Update: 31 Aug
Seems returning money isn't that easy.
After another 2 weeks, thats 5 in total, Two gents turned up to install and remove the old machine, 30mins latter all I finally have after 5 weeks a working washing machine.

My first experience of buying a 82inch…
My first experience of buying a 82inch TV from FUST and within 3 months the TV broke displaying lines and loss of connection. FUST team came to collect the TV for repair and on doing so dropped the TV while loading into an oversize box from another 85inch TV set. FUST repair team proceeded to say there was a crack on the TV screen which was not the case before it was taken away. It was an issue with the Samsung TV connection. FUST are now trying to charge for the cost of the TV to repair or charge to discard the TV. No one from FUST has helped so far. It is very disappointing as I was planning on getting a lot of new household appliances for a new home but after this experience I am avoiding FUST unless they can be of help and replace the TV they broke. I am still waiting for FUST customer service to reply.

I ordered a bathroom sink with a little cabinet in March 2021. They told me it would take until May to get it installed due to the Covid situation. On the delivery/installation day, it turned out that the upper part of the cabinet wasn’t the light-colored wood I had ordered but something else so it needed to be changed. Nothing is installed and I wait again, this time until mid-July. Mid-July the same assembler comes again, starts installing both the cabinet and sink, until it turns out that now the drawer doesn’t fit due to the pipes (the new pipes that he had himself installed back in May) and therefore needs to be cut. I wait another week and this time another assembler comes and must struggle with the drawer because it wasn’t cut properly. In the meantime, I had to contact Fust many times myself to reorganize the appointments as they didn’t take the time to get in touch, apologize and/or offer a discount. Result: a lot of money for a very poor service. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

I preordered and paid for a Fitbit, I changed my mind soon after so called customer service to cancel it. They said it was no problem and that I would receive a refund in 3-4 days but it did not happen so I called customer service and they told me it will be 7-10 days. Still nothing after 11 working days so called again when they they would do it, day 12 still nothing so called again to be told they would look into it and email that day to let me know when it would be refunded. Never received an email and still waiting for my refund. This is appalling service, I don’t understand how this is even legal to withhold money like this.

Worst Experience buying Bread Making Machine in Switzerland. We bought a WMF bread machine on their website and picked it up from the local shop. We tried it once and it was very noisy and vibrated across the Kitchen Worktop. We took it back to the shop where we asked for a refund. We were originally told we could have a Bon. But then the shop assistant could not do that as their system would not allow it. We left the machine in the shop so he could escalate it with his boss. After waiting a week and also providing videos of the faulty machine, we have now been told that they will send it for repairs as they do not need to give us a refund or voucher as it did not say this on their website. They are con artists. We just want either a voucher or full refund and they will not do this. DO NOT BUY FROM FUST.

You order a product online, you see the checkout says it will be delivered in 2 or 3 days, and once you finish the payment they will say there was a delay and it will take 10 days. This may be normal for one or two occurrences but not always

Hi all
I wish I didn’t have to write this review but my experience with Fust was so bad that I want to warn you all so you don't go through the same thing.
I was really in the need for an iPad for my business, and I ordered it through FUST.
I entered all my personal details correctly and paid with credit card and yet when they sent the package through DPD they provided a wrong address, the street was missing and the iPad was just going around DPD and never arriving at my house.
What is funny though: Fust did send me the invoice that I paid with credit card, so basically my address was correctly given from my side but then they messed it up afterwards.
I called them multiple times I had to wait like 20 to 30 minutes on the phone just for them to tell me that oh sorry but it’s not our problem we have sent the package so please wait and they did not know that they provided the wrong address.
So overall a terrible experience and I hope that no one goes through what I went because I lost so much time with this

I bought an item and even before I received it, I changed my mind. After much argument and a long time, I got my money back, now FUST sent a letter claiming I haven’t paid.

Very bad service
Very bad service, no customer service at all. Very sneaky to insert guarantee items in purchase (a pop up in check out item, be careful!). Emailed to fust right after purchase to cancel this unnecessary guarantee. However after two weeks dealing with this matter, they said no. Very surprising this big company has no grace period for customer even for one minute.
Sent a complaint today and wondering if they will contact me for a solution of not !
