Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful , rung me 10 minutes before and I said ‘do you know where to come and how to get into town ‘ yes yes
30 minutes later ‘ i cant find you ‘ at this point i was tattooing a client and my staff was with clients . ‘ send me your location ‘ no manners
I did - breaking off from my client’ then the firm rung me , I did say why didn’t you prep your drivers knowing it was in a town centre so they would be restrictions
They rung me again ‘ I’m outside horizon’ come out side to meet me - er no I’m with clients and that’s 3 minutes away , COULD NOT understand a word he was saying and was so rude , eventually an hour later found it , dumped the heavy boxes outside my salon I asked can they be brought in and they huffed
Overall a rubbish service and very unhappy with them
