I have been doing professional business with Emerson Ecologics/Fullscript for the last 8+ years. Their employees are very professional. Orders have been reliable and accurate 100% of the time. Delivery expectations are dependable and spot-on. When I have needed to make adjustments with an order, they have had swift solutions. On RARE occasion, due to NO fault of their own, I have had 2-3 orders later than expected in the last 8+ years, and Emerson refunded the shipping, even though I did not feel they were obligated to do so. These things tended to happen with inclement weather conditions for the carrier or busy holidays. Can't say enough good things about them! My clients have been very satisfied with the products recommended and the delivery costs and reliability.

When I could not get the info I needed from the chat bot I asked for a live person and I was given a phone number to call. The support person who answered was knowledgeable and friendly.

There was recently an update to the system and as a practitioner it is not user friendly. I can no longer change the discounts given for each patient individually and I can't see the total for each patient plan to that I can build according to the patients budget or let them know the total-the patient just has to "go see it on there end". You have done a disservice to your ordering doctors that don't have time to sit there with a calculator to determine the patient cost so we can let them know and or possibly adjust products better to fit their needs which makes them less likely to follow through with a purchase. I don't know what updates were made on the patient end but I can tell you my patients aren't purchasing at the rate that they normally do so I have a feeling something has changed to make it more difficult on their end as well.
