Prompt response and the customer…

Prompt response and the customer service and support has always followed up exceptionally with processing my orders with transparency. The cost has always been reasonable, and I’ve received the items in my orders safely shipped with care. Thanks for continuing this excellent service

Appalling Customer Service

The key issues - a parcel bounced from the UK and From Japan offered zero assistance trying to fix the issue - really really unhelpful and ended up costing me a significant amount of money.

They also permit you to purchase items and then randomly come up with reasons they are not able to ship - this happens AFTER the item has arrived to their depot and AFTER they explicitly take action to permit the purchase.

In short, their customer service is appalling and are genuinely dismissive, very nice about it, but very robotic.

Regarding the parcel that was returned, we would like to investigate the details of your case further. If the return occurred during international delivery, the cause may depend on the local carrier or customs procedures in the destination country. In such cases, we are happy to assist with reshipment once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, and if the carrier mishandled the shipment, we can also help you submit a claim for compensation where applicable.

Regarding items that cannot be shipped internationally, these restrictions are based on our shipping rules and the regulations of the destination country and shipping carriers. While we make every effort to identify restricted items before purchase, there are cases where it is difficult to determine whether an item contains prohibited materials until it arrives at our warehouse and undergoes inspection. In some situations, if only a prohibited component (such as a lubricant) needs to be removed, we can dispose of that component upon the customer's request and proceed with shipping the remaining item. However, if the item itself is prohibited from international shipment, we must comply with the applicable regulations and are unfortunately unable to ship it.

We understand how frustrating these situations can be and apologize if our communication came across as impersonal. Providing helpful and attentive support is important to us, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service.

Customer service was very helpful with my refund issues, I appreciate that they didn’t take too long to respond as well and were always insightful! I would definitely recommend them especially if you have any issues they always find a solution for you.

The FROMUSA service is completely…

The FROMUSA service is completely rubbish, The FromUSA service state that they use ONLY USPS or Fedex for shipping when in fact they use ePost, my item has now been stuck (lost or never sent) with ePost since 3rd of June 2026 which is 17 days without an update. I selected and paid for USPS with a shipping time of 7-10days and checked the FromUSA site carefully before ordering to ensure that the only used reputable shipping companies and nowhere on their site or terms did they state or mention that they in fact use ePost, had i known that I would never ever have used them! They even have an annoucement stating that they only use USPS & Fedex: ( new-delivery-option-you-can-now-ship-via-usps-with-one-map.html )There is a legal term for this it is called "Bait and Switch" which is highly illegal. Needless to say they have lost my item and are now offering less than the money i paid them as compensation but only if i cancel the chargeback I have raised with my bank... not gonna happen as FromUSA are untrustworthy and franky garbage to deal with!

5 star in customer service

It's my first time ordering items from this site, and I can say that I'm very impressed with its customer service. Jess, in particular, is very patient with my questions. I'm the type of person who appreciates the humanistic aspect of every transaction, so I give them 5 stars for that.

One MAP/ From Japan is the BEST PROXY!

One Map or From Japan is 1000000 times better than BUYEE. Their customer service will actually HELP when you contact them! They are extremely friendly and polite. They will actually reach out to sellers on your behalf to purchase speakers without boxes. Saving a ton of money on shipping to the USA. They also minimize items shipping size before shipping. You just have to accept that if damage occurs you cannot make claims. You can instruct wxactly how you would like your item packed before shipping. These reasons are why this place is amazing! I will NEVER use Buyee again!

Fair, fast, and fun to use.

Clear breakdown of pricing, heaps of shipping options. Proactive support to get ahead of any possible issues and good experience when something didn't go as planned.

Really impressed overall at how it all came together on From Japan. The have a fair 500 yen fee per item ordered ($5 aud approx). I did all payments in JPY using a wise card which made it easy. Note that the fee, any GST/taxes, and shipping are not charged until you're selecting postage for the 'charge 2' payment. It's all clearly explained, and shipping estimates were accurate and fairly priced (so many options which helps!).

Will definitely be using in future if I want to order stuff from Japan. It's better value overall for more expensive items rather than lots of cheap ones just due to the flat fee but all in all was fast, clear, and worked well to Australia.

I have been using FromJapan regularly…

I have been using FromJapan regularly for nearly a year now, and I can confidently say that their service is amazing. Their customer service has helped me reach out to sellers and make purchases for things such as gacha/prize games on more than one occasion. They make their instructions on the information they need clear and always notify me of any additional fees that may occur before completing a purchase (this does not include usually shipping to their warehouse, but that is to be expected as it’s been made clear that this is something the buyer has to cover in charge 2).
They package everything securely and offer a wide option of couriers that deliver to my area to pick from.
Overall, I am incredibly happy with their service and will continue to use it in the future.

They have solved all my problems

For FROMUSA; They have solved some problems for me... A seller lost a piece and they helped me get a half refund, other they discarded an item but the seller wanted to send it again and they helped me get it at no extra cost.
The packaging arrived slightly open due to customs, but it was well packaged.

If they need to fix the package handling; sometimes sellers give you free items, or it says so in the description. Usually US sellers don't have good packaging, so you have to be careful when repackaging it for international shipping.
At FROMJAPAN I have made more purchases and there was only 1 time that an item was lost, but at FROMUSA I've had to contact customer service several times. I just want to say that it's a good and affordable service. They're currently adding more discounts, but for new customers; I recommend asking for photos of the products when they arrive at the warehouse or contact them to confirm the products (specifically for small items or parts protected with cardboard or open boxes)

Zero protection for fragile items.

OneMap packed two fragile optical instruments directly touching inside a large, empty box with just one thin plastic sheet. No any padding, bubble wrap, or similar protection. Because of this poor packaging, one item was damaged during international transport. Getting a refund is not easy. They claim this packaging is okay, so please be careful if you buy fragile items from them.

8 months of shipping errors ended in…

8 months of shipping errors ended in account retaliation .
Avoid this service if you expect reliable shipping or customer support. From Japan incorrectly declared my parcels, causing them to get stuck at customs for over eight months. One package is entirely lost; the other was bounced back and forth ten times. Because the seller refused to fix the issue, I filed a justified chargeback to get my money back. In response, From Japan closed my account and blamed me for the situation. Highly unprofessional and terrible dispute handling.
UPDATE : From Japan replied , with apologies . I want my parcels ... Just let my know if/when you will get them ...
