Disappointing experience with internet.
I live in a building where the internet is provided by Freshwave via a contract with the building management. And this is the internet that never works. I can never rely on the connectivity. The connection disconnects every other minute and this problem has been like this for 5 months now. There have been multiple communications with Freshwave about this problem and nothing good came out of it.
Initially, I thought it was a problem due to the slow speed connection provided by default(20 Mbps). I upgraded it to a 100 Mbps connection with no change in the network behaviour.
I am writing this review after switching to another higher speed plan to experiment if that works.
