Terrible terrible company

Terrible terrible company! Pot luck if you receive any goods from them, all products cheaply manufactured in China, but sold in USD?! If you do wanna buy, because they deploy many tactics to entice you to buy, then use a credit card or PayPal, as when things go wrong, and it will, you have a means of claiming your money back, because direct contact with this scam company will not help.
In fact just don’t buy AT ALL, seems like this a market place for small home based Chinese sellers, who once they have your money, have no intention of sending you anything, because well why should they, there is no way of tracing them.

Still waiting for a refund but being ignored

I ordered a food bowl which took 3 months to arrive. Once arrived it had some pieces missing and was made of bad quality. I spoke to the customer service department who advised I would received a full refund within 10 working days. I received nothing, chased up and was advised that they had told the accounting department to refund me and would follow it up. I emailed again after a further two weeks and this time I was ignored. After several more emails I am still being ignored and haven’t received my refund. Do NOT order from this company.

Complete rubbish

I ordered 2 x sun hats for my 9 month old Frenchie, as we now live in Spain and thought be a good idea to protect his head, done all the correct measuring, ordered 2, first obe arrived, OMG would have fitted a 6 week old kitten, in the bin it went, the 2nd one arrived, the same rubbish, where the hell do they get the measurements from, a total waste of money. Really wouldn't use this crap Company.

Unfortunately another scum

Unfortunately another scum. All polite, quick and nice to their responses,waited for 1,5months considering the long shipping distance, no tracking details, all be-patient and stuff... Disputed the transaction already with my bank. Such a shame.

Same experience as so many others

Same experience as so many others. Totally legit looking website. I ordered 2 sweatshirts over a month ago and have exchanged multiple emails with the site operator. They just shine you on about delays and the order being on its way, when clearly it is not.

AVOID!

Like the others have said, AVOID this scam company.

After placing the order and not hearing anything, I chased and was given a Chinese tracking number. At this point, I requested to cancel the order (within 14 days of purchase) as I refused to pay US prices for cheap Chinese goods.
I was told they do not offer refunds due to 'buyers remorse'.
This is in direct contradiction to their own website Ts&Cs (the actual Ts&Cs, not the 'Return Policy' link), which are set out in line with UK law. When I called them out, they stopped responding so I claimed via PayPal.
If you have been scammed - please report them and claim the money back from PayPal/your card company, they are not allowed to sell in the UK with 'no refunds' terms.

FRENCHIE WORLD PREYS ON FRENCHIE LOVERS

Do not let yourself be suckered. This has been an ongoing ordeal for 6 month. I placed an order from Frenchie World for a French Bulldog coin bank in the amount of $69.90. Frenchie World FAILS TO DELIVER A PRODUCT AND FAILS TO REFUND.

I have had a total of 11 email correspondences since July 16, 2020 with Annie. Frenchie World is using the COVID situation to make up lies about delayed deliveries and lost packages. Annie is fairly quick about replying to emails; however, she (if she is even a she) leaves an obscure answer, such as “Your order has arrived in your country so we would like to ask you to wait a few more days and you will receive it.. Don’t worry, everything is alright.” There is no specific tracking information ever exchanged.

By September 30, Annie states that my order was lost and gives me the option of resending or refund. I was an idiot and opted to resend. Fast forward to November 28, I still do not have a package. When asked for a tracking number, Annie’s response is “Tracking number will be automatically sent any moment now.” There was no tracking sent. Why wouldn’t it be attached it to the email? When confronted again, there was no same day/next day response by Annie.

On December 9, I requested the refund. Here comes the apology and for me to wait 10-15 business days. What company makes you wait that long for a credit card refund?

It is now 2021. I finally demanded the refund. Annie’s final response was to send my request to the accounts department, as I should have already received it. Frenchie World policy is 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (NOT DAYS), just long enough for the customer to conveniently forget about it. Frenchie world makes you wait 6 months because by then, the time expires to dispute the transaction with the credit card company.

This is when I pulled up the Frenchie World reviews, only to read the same script. It was a flurry of same false assurances. I confronted Annie about this, and I have yet to receive a response.

It’s sickening to see pop ups on the website indicating that someone has purchased from them. Of course, these pop ups may be fake to entice browsers to buy. Frenchie World is exploiting people who love the breed and spoil their frenchies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM FRENCHIE WORLD. THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE AND YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

Please do not purchase from here!

As many others have said, this company is a scam. Product hasn't arrived 5 months later and 'Annie' (who seems to be the only worker there!) the customer service lady just mentions that it's always 'on it's way' and to 'wait just a little longer'. Please do not get fooled as we did.

Bad quality

Bad quality, bought a koala hoody, within the first day one of the poppers fell off, within a week the rest did too. When I inquired about a replacement or refund I was told as was over the 15 day return policy I could not return! That surely would be if you changed your mind, the item didn’t fit etc, not it the item fell apart within a month of it arriving. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Don't, just don't....

Placed order end of Oct. Many times the've promised I would receive track and trace any day now. Still nothing received. Asked to cancel and refund. But also nothing. So don't, just don't...
Just filed official complaint at ECC Belgium as they refuse to refund.

Do not buy from this awful scamming company

Purchased any dog a coat from their store. Absolute wrong size and their chart is definitely not true to size at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have refused to even exchange the product for a bigger size. How awful .

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Ordered 3 items, after over a month never received the third one. The main item I ordered was a non-spil dinner set. The product received is DRASTICALLY different from what’s on the website. After multiple contacts (same person Annie), they say they can’t refund me anything because I got what I ordered. I’m in shock that official scammers can get away with such practices and still have hundreds of thousands followers on Social Media. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them.

Scam! Do not order anything from here.

If I could give a zero, I would. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
Beautifully done website where one cannot leave a review. The site displays only 5 star reviews, which is part of the site design and they are all BS.
I've made two orders, received one partially (one out of two items), the item looked and felt ridiculously cheap despite beautiful pictures on the site - that is when I got suspicious.
The second item arrived a month later, it was a harness and by the time it got here, my pup has already outgrown it. They refused to give me my money back, which was totally unfair. I went to the site wanting to leave a review and couldn't. This is how I found this site and real customers testimonials. This is a bummer, cause the site is really cool and I was planning on ordering a lot of stuff there. Why not run the business properly? They have everything to do that.
Too bad this is a scam...and I consider myself lucky, at least I received something.

Company to avoid!

I made an order thinking it was a good quality shop for French bulldog. Out of 6 items I ordered 2 were lost during transit and 2 wrongs items (different colour and defective). Stay away from this company who is only good at marketing but nothing else. They drop ship everything from China so anything they are selling can be found for a fraction of the price on Ali express.

Scam do not order

Placed an order worth a total of £85 start of May. The company claimed to be American, received a confirmation email where I’ve noticed at the bottom it said Frenchie world (Frenchie shop is the same) based is Serbia(!!)
3 weeks after placing the order I’ve contacted them for the first time asking why hasn’t it been dispatched yet. Tried a few more times and got a reply once saying I should receive it any time.
Never had anything sent to me and eventually got my bank to process a back charge since I had all the evidence of trying to contact them.
Do not order anything from either Frenchie world or Frenchie Shop no matter how cute the pictures look.
