Usual story of order lost in transit, refund on way, blah blah blah.
How they are still allowed to trade amazes me. Would question the good reviews - are they even real ?

Ordered a dog bed, was told a month later it was in transit and i should receive it any day, well still haven't received it. Then the order was lost in transit, refund up to 10-15 days accounting has to take care of it!! Ill never see that refund!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Stay well away. Scam. Ordered something never arrived. She Answered my emails and said would give tracking number never did. But got money back through PayPal.

So disappointed ordered dog back pack received totally different product not fit for purpose I rang frenchie world A very polite customer service lady said that they would refund the money US$66 no money was ever received this has been going on for 13 weeks now I have asked in lieu of the money if they could send me another product but they have stopped replying to my emails very very very disappointed I have to say looking to have some really good things on their website - beware

Ordered in December 2021 a handbag and after chasing it was lost in transit. Still waiting on refund and zero response.
Please do not use this company.

I made a order in January2022 and when it didn't arrive I was asked to wait few more days but over a month later still didn't receive it only to be told it had been lost in transit so I would be refunded which I'm still waiting and my emails are being ignored

SCAM. Never received my product or a refund after multiple emails to them.

I have the SAME review as everyone else. Total SCAM. After 30+ days, they said my items were "lost" and offered a refund. After reading these reviews, I reached out to my credit card company and reported them so I can get my $ back. Its too bad. I also gave a bad review on FB as well.

Short story in long. Products ordered, not received, was told products lost in transit, claimed refund, was promised refund, no refund was done, supplier stopped answering on emails.

I wish I had seen all these reviews before I purchased anything from Frenchie World! I ordered an expensive car seat since October 2021, never received it, was told it got lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told it will be credited to the account but I never received it till today and they stopped communicated with me all together. I am going to report this company to The Federal Trade Commission Consumer Information! I hope everyone else got scammed by this company will report them, nothing probably going to be done but at lease they might be able to flag this company, I hope.

Similarly to the below reviews, I bought some items which never received. They replied that these were lost in transit and that I will receive a refund...since then nobody replies and of course I lost my money.

BUYER BEWARE! I would give this company no stars if I could. I placed an order in September and still to this day (Jan 15) have not received it. I have been asking for a refund for months with no luck and terrible communication. I will never give this scam of a company another cent.

Order was "in transit" for several months. After contacting them they actually answered, though unexpected, and they would send the item again. More months went by, no package.
Asked for a refund 4 times with no result other then "We are sorry. Please let me check and get back to you. Give us 5-14 worksays to refund."

Scam business.

Most horrible experience first of all ALL OF THE PRODUCTS ARE OFF ALIEXPRESS I kid u not I found all their produce for less than half on there , I spent 400$ on this damn company, got the wrong color item AND WRONG SIZES, the size XL wouldn't fit my 4 month old french bulldog, this is ridiculous! I'm just gonna say what everyone else has already said, I wish I'd done my research. I'm now in the process of getting a refund for the wrong color jacket, since they can't do anything about the rest yet. TERRIBLE I don't know how they're in business, also took 1 month to receive just part of my stuff and am still waiting for a few more items. They got my money this time but never again!

Their size chart is completely inaccurate and they claim to not take returns for size. Total scam. I am going to report to my credit card as scam.

I never received my order, and was promised a refund. They no longer respond to emails, so I believe the money is gone. This business should be closed down and the proprietors sued

Delivery doesn’t arrive
Despite several reminders my order has still not been delivered nor even shipped. For now 8 weeks order status is „being prepared for shipping“. I don’t trust the shipping will ever arrive.

These guys are an absolute fraud. Please beware

They don’t take returns based on sizes. As poor a show as this is, it actually gets worse

I measured my dog as a medium. They sent me three mediums and only one do them fits my dog!

They are still unwilling to take the return

Total fraud. Consider yourself warned

Just like everyone else below has stated before me, they are terrible. "Kellie" did not accept my request for a return for the french bulldog backpack. She said I cant call and speak to the manager and only email communication is available.
DO NOT buy from them. This place is a scam. I paid 115$ for these backpacks that dont fit my dogs.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE...ABSOLUTE SCAM! I've been waiting since August for my order and it's now Halloween. 4 weeks ago when I contacted them to inquire they said it would be a few more days. Do not waste your money. I'm now in the process of getting visa to try and refund me the money. What a hassle and my frenchie is costume less for Halloween along with the other 6 items for winter.
