If it was possible to give no star I would have chosen it. I haven’t seen ever before such a horrible company… Got some of the products of my order after 4 months and of course “Kelly” told me that my order was lost…never got a tracking number…which I desperately asked for many times…and I am still waiting for a refund…Worst company ever…Protect your money, yourself and your pets…NEVER buy anything from them!!!!!

We’ll, hopefully other people are better in doing their homework before they place any orders.
It seems that it’s always the same. They deliver part of the order and let you wait for the rest. I wrote them and „Kelly“ told me that my Items got lost and of course she promised a refund. Nothing happened but she „was trying everything to solve the issue“.
And then, nothing anymore. No reply at all. When I was getting in touch with the credit card company, what a surprise, it was too late to complain and I can wipe off more than US 250.00
I just can repeat what all the other people did already, do not order from them.
What a horrible experience.

The worst.. We purchased a bed and we waited for 4 months for delivery. When nothing arrived I emailed the company and they told me it’s been lost in transit and I will get a refund within 10 days..a month later I am still waiting for the refund and no one is responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

These guys are terrible… I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered from them. They will charge you and then leave you with no communication, no product & no resolution. How they are in business is crazy to me..

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

This seller has been avoidant and providing me with false information and updates. I bought two dog collars back in August and emailed them immediately after the purchase to confirm the order including the personalised collar. I hadn’t heard back from them since that conversation and continuously checked the order to find it still unfulfilled. When I contacted them again, they blamed covid but then oddly said they were now able to fulfil the order and that it would take 7-10 days. It’s now been 2 weeks, I received only one collar with the box stating there are 2 and I’m tired of following up with the seller and having to ask where my collars are. I want a full refund minus because this has been the most frustrating and unpleasant purchase experience which should’ve been something exciting as I adopted my first ever puppy 3 months ago. Normally when you buy something, the seller confirms the order, fulfils it and dispatches it with delivery updates. There has been none of that with this seller and I have had to continuously chase them up with my purchase. Very appalling customer service and poor business operations.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I wish I had’ve done my research prior to buying from there.

Since I MUST give a star I order to leave a review then some it.
I placed an order in May of 2021 for 2 cooling bandanas and they got my money. Since then I’ve contacted them numerous times to check on the order, then was told by “Kelly” that the order must have become lost and a refund would be sent. Nothing.
I have kept all of my emails with this company and am deeply dissatisfied because it is now Oct and I have nothing. Is this company just a scam? I don’t trust them and won’t order from them ever again.
I’m also posting all over mine, my dogs and numerous other social sites that I have about the horrid service, scamming and theft of money.

I am only giving them a 1 star because I have to. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEYVARE A BUNCHBIF SCAMMERS!! It took them almost a month to ship my items. When I finally received my package only 1 out of the 3 items i purchased were received and there were stains and seem holes throughout the sleeves. I have requested a refund and of course no response. I have a feeling I just lost $60!

One star is WAY TOO GENEROUS! Do not buy anything from this company. The items are poor quality and the customer service reprehensible. The return policy is a joke. When I contacted the company to return a lifejacket with a torn seam they responded back that 'it wasn't that bad and I could sew and fix it myself.' After sending multiple pictures and a video of the defective item, I was promised a full refund in 10-15 business days. To date...I have never received my refund nor will anyone respond to my email inquiries asking why. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from this website. They are dishonest and take advantage of hardworking, paying customers.

Scam company

Ordered several items and one of them was missing. I contacted them through email and said they will refund it. After that they are not giving the money back for the item that is not sent nor replying. They dont answer phone email instagram. So dont ever order items from them.

It is generous to give x1 star given how poor the service from this company has been. I placed an order 7 months ago, no product received, no explanation and of course no refund!

Ordered goods from Frenchie World which never arrived. Contacted them and they tried to blame delays on Covid but months later still no goods. Very annoyed. No stars at all would be more appropiate.

I RECIEVED A SHARK SWIM VEST FOR MY FRENCH BULLDOG,IT DID NOT FIT AND THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE IT,SO I WAISTED THE MONEY AND FOUND THE VEST IN SEVERAL OTHER PLACES FOR WAY LESS MONEY,ONLY ASKED FOR EXCHANGE THEY SAID YOU GOT WHAT YOU ORDERED!

My dogs measurements doesn’t match their size chart perfectly. They will not let me exchange or refund what i purchased. I wish i read The reviews online before i bought Anything from here

I had the same problem as many others. Ordered 2 items at the beginning of February. I received one, but never received the second. Every time I checked the order status, it said “preparing for shipment”. I finally wrote to customer service after nearly 3 months and was told that they would resend the item. It never came. I wrote back and asked for a refund. That never came. They promised to check with their accounting department. No follow-up since. It’s been nearly 6 months and still haven’t received a refund or my order.

Ordered a product in Nov 2020 never came! No refund - no product- ignored emails - it’s a scam - avoid!

My Wife ordered from here 3 months ago. Nothing received.
After multiple calls and emails was told it was lost in transit.
Then was told world issue refund (over a month and 1/2 ago)
Nothing received and no refund. They are just a scam.
Any positive reviews are also likely just scam reviews.
Do not believe ANYTHING they tell you.
1. they didn't mail it.
2. it is not lost.
3. it is not coming any day now.
4. and you will not get a refund if they tell you they will issue one.
5. all based on my wife's experience to date.

Scam! I ordered toys for mu dog 4 months ago and never arrived! Customer support is replying some generic responses.

I ordered 6 jumpers for my frenchie in January. 4 arrived pretty quickly am but still waiting for the other 2. I have sent numerous emails for ‘Annie’ to respond saying they will resend. When I asked for a refund she said she will ask the finance department to refund and it should take 10-15 business days. I have sent numerous emails since and they have finally stopped responding to my requests. The jumpers I received were of good quality and fit perfectly but I did definitely not get the full order not my refund for the missing items. This company are scammers. Please do not use.

If I could give them 0 I would, ordered 2 harnesses for my pup, 1 came after a month- leeches colour, second one came after 6 weeks and won’t fit over her head despite it being a large. Will not refund due to size ( despite it not measuring what they state)- now hoping PayPal can resolve. As tempting as it may be don’t order from them!

Please do not purchase anything from this site. It is a scam. The items that they send are nothing like the ones pictured on the site. I have since discovered that the items they send are from aliexpress.com I had to file a complaint with my bank in order to receive a refund as they told me I could not be refunded for a change of mind when I had clearly stated that it was due to the item being substandard. Company claims to be based in San Francisco, US, managed to trace them to Serbia. Very dodgy, avoid at all costs
