DELAYED ORDER. Do not order from this place!!
I placed an order of photos on Monday night paying £5 for next day delivery assuming it wound be here by Tuesday/Wednesday absolute latest. I received an email on Wednesday informing me it will arrive by Thursday. Waited till Friday, still no sign. It is now Saturday, STILL not here! Updated delivery date says 9th June. When did next day delivery become following week delivery?? Absolutely appalling!
I’m now having to go to Asda to print them myself physically. I’m regretting not doing this sooner as it has now delayed my bridesmaid proposal which was meant to be tonight. How frustrating !!! I am SO angry and demand a refund urgently. I have contacted the company twice now and they still haven’t responded. Terrible terrible service - never again in my life will I order from here

Disappointed wedding pictures
I ordered a photo book for our wedding pictures. When I created the book, the pictures looked great when I received the book my husbands head had been chopped off on a few pictures. Very disappointed. Delivered was fast. The quality good.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed.
I ordered two enlargements and an A4.
One of the enlargements had what appeared to be ink marks at the side.
All were good prints but one is not usable.
I sent an email with the picture of the image as soon I I received the items.
I asked for a reprint, however they did not get back to me and didn’t respond.
These were not cheap prints.
I would not use again.
Maybe ok if everything runs smoothly but if you have a problem you are stuck.
