Image was a little blury, which wasn't the case when I printed it myself on plain paper, or some photo paper which I had at home. I only turned to using a company to print because my new printer left... See more

I paid £4.99 for next day delivery on 29/05 and received my order on 02/06, too late for the gift I have planned for a special birthday, really not impressed and won’t use again.
In view of the response given below I accept that I didn’t read the small print, however, I would suggest in the interests of customer fairness that this information is more prominent and your system reflects this by not allowing the customer to use the £4.99 postage option since it is not actually available. I also find this hard to understand why weekends don’t count for next day delivery.

Received generic response now not responding
****Updated - Freesnaps resolved my issue swiftly once seeing my review. Thank you for you help.****
I have received terrible service from Freesnaps.
I ordered a photo for my mother in laws birthday. I got a ‘delivered’ notification from Royal Mail and it had been delivered to the wrong place.
Royal Mail said I needed to take this up with Freesnaps. When I contacted them to let them know it was delivered to the wrong place, I got an email saying my parcel may be ‘delayed because of the bank holiday’! It wasn’t delayed, it went to the wrong address - it was quite evident that nobody bothered to read my email properly.
Now I’m £10 out of pocket, don’t have the photo for MIL’s birthday and despite emailing Freesnaps twice more over the past 2 weeks, I’ve heard nothing back. Awful, awful service.

I paid for next day delivery and my delivery was a week late. I’ve sent multiple emails about this and have been completely ignored. I will not be using this company again due to their poor customer service. The quality of the photos were not great either.

Paid for next day delivery took 3 days
Paid for next day delivery took 3 days. These photos were for my dad's funeral. Sent email and no response....
Some photos cropped
Update to previous review
The pictures were all good but the frames were very poor quality, the glass (well plastic!) didn't fit one frame it was cut smaller and both frames had black clips missing from the back so the pictures fell out. I emailed the company and was asked to send in pictures which I have but to date have not heard back. Update to this message, the company have now delivered new frames, thank you. This review could have been avoided if a simple email had been sent to say that new frames were on there way.

Wasted money on "next day" delivery
Quality is super however,I paid for next day delivery and did not receive that service. Photos were for my child's birthday but they didn't arrive in time. Very disappointed. Waste of my money.
