Since the ownership of Freeparking has changed hands (and I was their customer for over 10 years) the quality of their services, overall response for technical issues resolution and even basic customer care skills has plummeted. Plus absolute abusive/invasive bombardment of their sales reps via phone and by email trying to convince me to keep spending money on their rubbish. Had no other choice but to move to a different provider.

I've used FP for a long time and when they were originally set up, they were a great alternative to overseas hosts. However, they never really improved from there, and after changing hands in the last few years.. they've just progressively gotten worse.
Crap service, user experience and services, and even crappier checkout process with dark patterns to scam you out of $$$.
Feels like GoDaddy all over again.
They 'helpfully' pop things into your cart without telling you like 'domain privacy' or default domain renewals to 2yrs rather than 1yr and don't tell you.
Worse, and this is the real scammy part, if you ask for a refund on something you didn't mean to have in your cart they 'FREQUENTLY' say it's not possible to refund you because it's a purchase of a service through a 3rd party... or some other rubbish.
Time to complain to the commerce commission for such ratbag behaviour.
You've been warned. Look elsewhere.

had a great experience today with my case I-15403594, an issue accessing my Free-parking account Gedeon was great to deal with and got me heading in the right direction, always a good feeling when thing get sorted with to much hassle.

I'd been thinking about this all weekend. Glad Monday morning had dawned and Gideon was super helpful. I wanted to retain my current website but change my email account and addresses. Gideon was reassuring that this was the correct process. He quickly transferred me to Specialist help. I didn't have a long wait time.
