A lot of personal information is requested prior to anyone providing detailed instructions and explanations of the New Agent Process. I’m blocked from learning in the Academy every time I login to the website. I’ve already reluctantly sent my identity verification information and I’m still blocked from learning anything in the Academy??? I’m not having a good experience; moreover, this is disheartening because I’m really interested in this program. Too many swift moving pieces makes me believe this is a scam?
