Hi David,

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being part of FX2 over an extended period.

We’ve reviewed your account history, and the payout in question was declined due to a violation of our prohibited trading practices. As outlined in our program rules, accounts that breach these conditions are not eligible for rewards.

We understand that this can be frustrating, especially after multiple attempts, but all accounts are subject to the same risk and compliance checks to ensure fairness across the platform.

This company refuses to acknowledge their error.

This company refuses to take responsibility for errors that happened on the user interface (on their website). I showed screenshot proof that I was misled on how close my account was to a breach. Their only response was that my account was breached and they would not even acknowledge my screenshots or my description of what caused me to be misinformed about how close my account was to a breach. I have been a faithful customer for years because I thought they were upright and honest. I was wrong. They are tone-deaf. They won't even acknowledge what I am saying, and they won't escalate it to someone who can help. The only response is "your account is breached, there's no further update required". I have screenshot proof of all of this, in case they delete my objections in the discord chat. They won't do email support. You can only use Discord or WhatsApp to create a ticket, but then the ticket is ignored. When they replied to this, there was no acknowledgement of responsibility for the error or even a response to the screenshot I send which proved it. So I moved this from 2 stars to 1 star.

Hi Gabriel, thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m truly sorry that you felt frustrated by the situation. We understand how disappointing it can be when an account reaches its limits, especially after being with us for a long time, and we genuinely appreciate the loyalty you’ve shown over the years.

Account rules and breaches are applied automatically by the system, which means our team has limited flexibility once those limits are reached. That said, we never want anyone to feel unheard, and your feedback is important to us. We will review your comments internally so we can continue improving both communication and the user experience.

Thank you again for being part of FX2 Funding, and we wish you the very best moving forward.

BANNED / HARD-BREACHED WITHOUT ANY REASON

All of my accounts were “hard-breached” without any clear reason.

I requested payouts for my two funded accounts. On the same day, I was also approved and funded for a new account.

After submitting the payout requests and receiving the new funded account, I received an email from FX2 stating that I had “violated a rule,” which resulted in all of my accounts being breached, including the new funded account that I had not traded on yet.

At that time, all of my accounts were still disabled due to the payout request. I had not placed any trades at all not even a single one.

FX2 did not clearly explain which specific rules I violated. When I asked on their Discord channel, customer service told me that their back-room support had already explained the violations to me, which was not the case.

Just sharing this experience to help others be aware.

Joeffrenz was using a third party trade copier, which is a violation of prohibited trading activities. In good will, his payout requests will be processed, even though he was in breach.

Multiple payouts from them within…

Multiple payouts from them within 24hours. Challenges are decent and well priced.
Sometimes the spreads can get a bit wide and slippages on SL so need to allow for that.
Website dashboard is average so not much data available on your trades.

Because I can't give them a zero star rating

They are more bothered about appearing reputable than denying Fraud!

Anybody looking to use these guys should be aware that I am going pursue action against these criminals until they are not allowed to operate in the UK anymore.

I sent FX2/Prop Account a formal legal notice on 14 November 2025 alleging multiple criminal fraud offences under the Fraud Act 2006, specifically detailing that they issued me a contract with a company that did not legally exist.

Their Trustpilot response? More BS.

What they conspicuously failed to address:

My contract was issued 25 September 2025 with "Forest Park FX LTD" - a company that ceased to exist on 30 July 2025 when it became "Prop Account Ltd"
The contract has NO company registration number or registered office address - this is a criminal offence under Companies Act 2006, ss.82-84 in the UK. At no point have they denied this.
The contradiction between their published information stating traders can withdraw after a hard breach, and their apparent "policy" refusing payment
Their admission the GooeyPro platform was defective (no volume data, VWAPs, or volume bars), yet they kept collecting fees and refused refunds.

The Non-Existent Company Issue

This is the most serious concern: I contracted with a company that didn't exist. Forest Park FX Ltd became Prop Account Ltd on 30 July 2025. My contract was issued nearly two months later with the non-existent company name, missing all legally required company information.

I have a second contract with "Prop Account LC" in the Cayman Islands - yet another different entity.

What Actually Happened

I have ~$5,000 in profits across two funded accounts. I breached daily drawdown on one account - I confused rules between firms. However:

My contract explicitly states (Section 5): "Forest Park agrees to pay you the percentage of gains generated in the Account" Nothing that I have been sent or made aware of says anything about non-payment on breach.
They cited a "policy" and have been unable to provide evidence of how this was communicated to me - or even demonstrate the existence of this policy.

Prop Account Ltd operates a white-label prop firm business (propaccount.com). For $3k, anyone can launch a "prop firm" in 5-7 days. They claim 110+ white-label firms. The partner takes 30% of challenge fees; Prop Account handles "enforcement" and "payouts."

This creates obvious incentives: profit from selling challenges to failing traders, not paying successful ones.

Platform Issues

GooeyPro had NO volume data - no VWAPs, FRVP, or volume bars. FX2 admitted it was defective in WhatsApp, refused refunds, refused platform changes, and blamed me. Only when I threatened legal action did they suddenly "make an exception."

The Real Cost

Challenge fees: ~$880
Unpaid profits: ~$4,450
Real economic impact: Over $20,000 in losses and opportunity cost

Their response to my initial review says "everybody knows" that firms don't payout when rules are breached. So why doesn't it say that in their dodgy contract? Why have they been unable to provide any evidence to me of their policy? Because it's a scam.

They're more bothered about pretending to be reputable then they are about addressing:

Criminal fraud allegations
Issuing contracts with a non-existent company
Missing statutory company information
Contradictory withdrawal policies
Defective platforms
Any specific legal violations I detailed

They can't deny them.

I now have to waste yet more time pursuing legal and regulatory action against them.

The fact they won't address the fundamental legal issues - particularly issuing a contract with a company that don't exist - tells you everything.

I've abandoned my accounts due to concerns about the legality of their entire operation.

Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Trade with legitimate firms that have proper legal structures, functional platforms, and consistent policies.

Hello Pierre, your review omits a CRITICAL fact: you breached the Daily Drawdown (DD) on your funded account, which is a core violation of your contract. No reputable prop firm will process a payout once the drawdown rule has been broken — including us. Everybody knows that.

To clarify: violating the DD rule voids your profit eligibility. We apply this rule fairly and equally across all accounts. You agreed to these terms upon joining the program.

While we regret that this impacted your experience, accountability to clearly defined trading rules is essential in this industry.

Great Firm, Only one Issue...

FX2 is a great firm. As it relates to trading conditions and customer service, I have no issues, 10/10. Now, as it relates to payouts, this is where I'd say they lose a star.

I requested a payout and had no issue, so my issue is not with payout denial. The process was smooth. My issue was rather with how their payout structure works.

When you request a payout your maximum drawdown becomes starting balance. So If I made 6% and decided to make a 5% payout, I will only have 1% of max drawdown available. This is a real bummer. As a result I requested a payout of 5% after making 6% and I'm pretty sure I'll probably lose that 1% I have left available. It would be great if after you requested a payout, your max drawdown goes back to the original max loss of 6% or 10% instead of the initial balance.

Besides that payout rule which I am not a fan of, they are a reliable firm.

It Looks Great & Fantastic & Superb !

Don’t get trapped as I did foolishly!!!
FX2 Funding Trading Spreads are the Widest that any other Prop Company does offers to traders since they “Mark Up” the spreads.
Additionally, FX2 Funding Trading Commissions are almost “Double” than any other Prop Company does charges.
Hence my honest suggestions is, go elsewhere and avoid and don’t fall for the trap.
I gave FX2 Funding 5 stars in Fooling me and trapping me.
