SumUp card machine OK for octogenarians!

Device worked fine today on first use. Very quick and effective responses to my request for help in connecting to phone, though initially found it difficult to find instructions. Got a bit fed up of getting security messages at the beginning but that has now eased. It’s going to be useful and seems fairly straightforward to operate - time will tell.

Sent to wrong address. Not received

The initial address on the order form was incorrect and was a previous address I no longer have access too. I immediately emailed your company through the link and through customer service email line. I sent at least 5 emails with details of address to be actually sent too. There was no reply and I tracked the item on Royal Mail app going to and delivered too wrong address. Not happy but who do you tell. Nobody replies

Fake company.

Fake company.

Ordered a Sumup card reader, never turned up, I've sent two emails, no reply. Requested a refund, I don't think I'll see it.

This is a scam.
