Device was delivered
Device was delivered; did take nearly two weeks to arrive despite being marked as dispatched soon after purchase. It is apparent postage was booked but the item wasn’t sent for another week. Communication from this company is poor.
However it did turn up and is as expected and much cheaper than other suppliers.

It wasn't a new machine
It wasn't a new machine, been re sealed, clear circular stickers over the breached original ones, and the printed cardboard sleeve was missing. However, the card reader was in good condition, without any plastic film over the led screen, and it works. I think I have been sent a return, hopefully it will last.

We are really happy with our SumUp upgrade
We chose to upgrade our SumUp card reader from (Air and mobile) to Solo with built in telecom connections. Attaching Solo to a power adapter and linking it to communicate with our WiFi means we can just leave it unattended to collect “donations for the Church”. Thank you Sum Up
