I am still waiting on my delivery…
I am still waiting on my delivery after 7 days, considering it was supposed to be 2-3 working days. I have phoned and been put on hold but then told they would phone me back as they cant find the order. To which they didn't phone me back, so I phoned a few hours later and they still insisted on phoning me back. (No phone call received, surprise surprise!). No tracking email for Royal Mail like was said in the initial email, so still no idea where my package is.

Beware – poor service and no accountability.
My order arrived late with no notice. They refused to cover return postage or offer compensation. Communication was slow and dismissive. Don’t trust them if you want reliable delivery and good customer service.
