I purchased two pair of pants. They never arrived. The company says they were delivered. They were not. I am retired and was home sick. I can see the front door which is glass from where I was sitting most of the day. No one delivered anything. I went to the postal service and they have no information or proof package was delivered to correct address. I have written repeatedly to customer support. They either ignore me or suggest I reach out to postal service which I did. They refuse to resend the items or refund my money. I asked to speak to manager, they refused. I researched the company and find that there are similar reviews and that some believe this is another scam co. Reviews indicate clothes are not as advertised, lack quality and are cheaply made. This is theft pure and simple. They took 60,00 from a widow and refuse to provide the merchandise or refund. I am filing a complaint with the office of Consumer Affairs and have been advised to report them to attorney general. Buyer Beware- do not buy from scammers. They’ll cheat you!

Comfortable material and nice vintage style overall; fits well but could use sturdier buttons for easier fastening.

They are scammers. Avoid. They sell you cheap products and never refund.

I ordered a floral EMBROIDERED dress. It arrived today. The dress is a cheap sheen material. It is not cotton and linen. There is NO embroidery at all! NOTHING!!!! It is something I could purchase at my local Thrift Shop for $15.00!!!! Do not order from this Store!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Overall decent trousers that matched expectations in appearance and comfort. Fabric quality is fairly good but feels slightly thinner than anticipated. Fit was loose and comfy, though sizing seemed slightly inconsistent. Improving fabric thickness and consistent sizing would offer a better shopping experience.

If I could I wouldn’t give a star. I ordered from this company, the clothes aren’t long enough for tall ladies that 5’ 11’. I got in tough with them the next day took the pictures are they still want give me my money back 210$. Does any one know if company in the US? I would like to report the to the BBB? Thanks

This company FRANLIEEN is a horrible company to do business with.
I ordered from them on 01/19/2025 and just received 1 of 5 items on 02/24/2025. The 1 item I received is not the item I ordered and I asked for a refund. They are offering $5.00 US FUND and I paid 26.95. I said no. They don't have a phone number or return addess. They are refusing to tell me where my other items are. They keep telling me the ask my neighbors or go to my post office with a phony tracking number saying they sent my items but they never came. I'm trying to go through my bank for my 136.75 refund and highly advise anyone not to ever order from FRANLIEEN ever.....

Quality of clothing is terrible. Costumer service is not professional. Want to return a dress and they don’t want to provide an address for returning, requested a refund and no answer, send a number of emails and no response.

This company is not serious. Sent me after almost 1 month waiting not my size products ,only 2,not 5. Did answer for emails...Earlier I recognised and is not my order in progres I send 6 emails....asked of money back ...Nothing . Nice ,good quality products - BUT TERRIBLE,SO MESSY MANAGEMENT . Never will I purchase from this company again. Size was extremely large so asked to be refunded or smaller size. Was told too expensive to post another. Offered a refund of about 10% of original item. Complained thru pay pal and they increased the offer of refund. Still not for the original amount. I accepted it and returned item and months later still no joy. Lost original money. Spent extra $25 to return and got absolutely nothing. Disgusting company. Dishonest and no customer service. Beware.

I absolutely adore these trousers. Their high-waist style and flowy design are ideal for casual wear. They are made of cotton and linen, which ensures a comfortable fit and breathability. I placed two orders with Franlieen totaling more than $200 and both orders were messed up. They sent items that I did not order and try to pay me $3 as compensation. Please don't order more that 1 item at a time as they are unable to send the correct product to you. Buyers be aware.

These pants are quite decent. They offer a comfortable fit with a loose high waist design which works well for casual outings. However, shipping was a bit slow, taking two weeks to arrive. Overall, not too bad for a relaxed wardrobe addition.

I ordered three dresses looking for yellow. One was too dark. It did not fit. The other two, also ordered yellow, came as lavender and blue. I was looking for a wedding, so none of them worked. They sent the wring color. They are refusing to refund. Very poor customer service.

Ordered two dresses which actually took a while to arrive which was okay however then they didn’t fit so I needed to send them back. They offered me $7 refund and keep them, rather than send them back. They didn’t fit I can’t use them. I want my money refunded or something that fits!!!

The fabric is synthetic not cotton/linen as it was desrbed on the website!!!

I observed a Facebook ad and a dress was advertised in AUD but when I purchased it I was charged the same amount in USD which almost doubled the purchase price and they have said Facebook changed the price not them 😡

Unable to cancel the order that got items added on. Company won't work with you. Was looking forward to the 2 items ordered not multiple other items not even my size 🙄
