They have been responsive and reliable…

Predatory auto-billing

The default in their system is to put you on auto-pay. I'm usually adamant on monitoring this (in my opinion) predatory practice, but somehow missed this default within their system. And then of course without a warning, another shipment ended up on my doorstep. No warning that another prescription was coming, no heads up, nothing. I'm sure they're not warning customers of this by design. Because otherwise, it'd give you a chance to cancel. If you expect a refund, think again.

An over-priced product with AI customer service. That's what you can expect here.

I am still about 3 weeks in

I am still about 3 weeks in, so I am not sure yet if it’s helping my thinning hair around my head! So far I do feel like my nails are growing! I will update you all in about a month! I pray it works! I am confident that it will!

My request not to receive medication was not honored.

After the hers doctor told me about the side effects I would experience, I immediately messaged back and said I do NOT want the prescription until I had the chance to look more into the side effects. I received immediate confirmation that the prescription would be put on hold, per my request. Then two days later, I was charged and received notification that the medication had been sent. I am trying to get a response, and have not gotten any.

My experience is overall good

My experience is overall good. I've been on the medication 2 months, unfortunately I've gained 5 pounds but I have been motivated to work out so I think some of it is muscle. The food noise is starting to go away slightly. I'm impressed by how easy this service is and how quickly they refill and ship my medicine.

My experience

I received my first prescription in a beautiful bottle which was sealed and I took the five months worth. I had mediocre results, which was fine. What was upsetting was, I received a second bottle that came in a regular prescription bottle, which was unsealed and I was not expecting it. They had already charged me for it, so I couldn’t return it. If you go with this company, just make sure you realize you’re signing up for repeat shipping. And make sure you don’t mind unsealed medication. I think that’s very poor practice.

I took the hers weight loss medication…

I took the hers weight loss medication - their medication mix of Bupropion, Metformin,
Naltrexone for just ivermectin 6 months. I didn’t see much weightloss really just sustained but I should have known something was wrong when my periods became irregular, but I thought it may have been pre-menopause. At my next annual check up my blood work found that I was in kidney failure. After the stopping the medication, my kidney functions improved. But what really rubbed me wrong as I had stopped my subscription and months later I received another box of medication. When I called to get refunded, which they did based on my kidney failure issue, their excuse for not abiding by my subscription. Cancellation was their intent was to send me one more box and then cancel it from there, which obviously makes no sense. Clearly, this is a company that is more interested in shareholder earnings than the safety and service of their customers.

Even though it is slow going on the…

Even though it is slow going on the weight loss my blood pressure is back in normal range. I am trying to drink more water and I have been getting plenty of sleep. I haven't had any side effects. I did have someone tell me that my face doesn't look as puffy and she hadn't seen me in two weeks. I know that when I have the time to cook healthy meals I tend to loose weight.

Hopeful…

I feel it has made me not think of food all the time. I still crave snacks during my TV shows. I haven’t noticed that my clothes are getting lose. Still trying not to get discouraged with the slow pace.
