I would like some personal contact.

The app is extremely easy to navigate. And very user-friendly. Every time I have reached out with questions I have gotten an answer pretty punctually and the injections have been going great most importantly! I’m down almost 14 pounds and feeling really good!

I have been on this program for 7 weeks and have really lost no weight. I was on this program 11 months ago and in 6 months I lost 40 lbs, so after I had been off for 3 months I decided to go back. I fluctuate between 170-173. I just received my second shipment and am moving up in my dosage so hopefully I will see progress very soon. I have noticed an uptake in hot flashes. I’m hoping things improve soon

I am in week 7 and I'm finally starting to feel the effects. The scale is finally moving and some of the cravings are diminishing. I look forward to the weeks ahead

I clicked on an advertisement that showed $39/month and $149/month after that. I went through the process to see if I was eligible for a GLP1 medication. At no point during the intake process was there information of any additional pricing. I paid the $39 and later that day I received a notification that I was eligible and to log in to my account to checkout. At that point, after I paid the membership- I was then made aware that not only would I be paying the membership fee but also the prescription, which was anywhere from $149-199 per month. I immediately cancelled, and contacted customer support to request a refund and was told it was non refundable.

It’s okay, not particularly worth the value, if it was cheaper it would be, but the provider’s responses are mid at best. Not really there to make you feel like they care or check in on you. You just feel like a number. The weight loss has been working thus the four stars and I got what I paid for with the labs. But not that helpful of a recommendation nor even a dose to take for vitamin D deficiency, just told to go to my pcp.

The company is always checking in to make sure the product arrived and how it's going with taking it. The product has been extremely helpful to keep my hormones and things I have going physically in check.

My hair is still shedding and getting g thinner. I still hoping for the best

I do NOT see any difference in my hair shedding.

Everything is going smoothly. The injections are easy and painless. My weight is steadily declining. My appetite is in check and I am making healthier food choices.

The medication is working with increase in dosage. i have also increased my work out along with watching calorie intake. I am losing weight. Im not at my goal weight just yet but im heading in right direction

I have not had any issues with my treatment. When I have had questions, the message platform is easy to use and the response time is great.

I had side affects in the beginning and I was able to get help right away. Two physicians responded and there solutions worked

The biggest scam out there. Don’t do it!
I purchased a new medical subscription. I went through the process and treatment was approved, however at the end, they told me that they were having technical difficulties and could not get the preferred medication. They told me they were gonna reach back out to me when they figured out the technical difficulties. They never did. I reached back out and they told me I had to pay for another subscription. I canceled mine because I felt like I was being a scammed (automatically auto pay) don’t do it

The whole experience was quick, easy, and very affordable. The team was very responsive and no issues.

Almost like a scam!!! Be warned!!’
I was trying to try their new weight loss medication, after filling out the form, it said I am eligible then the page showed the charge! Clearly it says $149 and first month is $39 ($110) off
So I hit “pay” then it asked me to finish up the final step and asked to pay $149 again monthly charge. I asked for clarification, I said I’ve already paid for a discounted first month why was I being asked to pay again the full price $149. They then say $39 is the non refundable membership fee!!! I swear it was never mentioned it’s just a membership fee nor it has mentioned about it's for a membership fee. Rather, it clearly said the first month is $110 off for the first month so I thought I would give it a try. Had I known they have to charge or if I was not misled, I would never have agreed to pay this stupid membership fee
Now they said it’s a NON REFUNDABLE membership fee! What a scam!!! I have and still am trying to fight about it but I know I probably will not win!
So be warned!!!
Also when I asked to cancel and for a refund, they said it’s canceled but the membership fee is not refundable, if it’s a membership fee, and I’ve paid it, how can you cancel my membership????
Again, be warned!!! Don’t fall into a scam like me!
