Meds are working for me and practitioners have been responsive with my doses so far.
Shipping makes me nervous. My initial order was delayed due to medication shortages and my first refill almost didn’t arrive in time, but we will see how that goes as I’m due for another refill in a few weeks.

The progression of weight loss was slow…
The progression of weight loss was slow in the beginning. It would have been helpful to know when I purchased the meds. The app stops working and is not very interactive. Meal and macro tracking in the app, could help the program. My concerns have been met and answered by all the medical staff and personnel. Delivery is prompt and shipment as expected.

No support for being locked out of account. Have emailed multiple times, told someone would contact for further help. 45min wait on help desk and then disconnected. Still auto shipping even though I have emailed to cancel.
Glp-1 would great and happy with it, but support with account and any access to online services is zero!

I’ve been taking my medication for 10…
I’ve been taking my medication for 10 weeks now and haven’t lost an ounce. I’m not particularly hungry, I drink 80 ounces of water daily and exercise at least 4 days a week. I’ve been adding more protein to my diet, as instructed, but still no weight loss. I’ll finish my program that I signed up for and hopefully by the end of this I will have lost at least 5 lbs.???
