I sent an email stating the issue I had over a week ago. I did receive a prompt autogenerated reply that they received my question. That is why I gave you two stars. But since then I have heard nothing. It is very frustrating to have paid to purchases a kit, and then are not able to use it, because I can’t load it into my Artisan 6 program.

I’m not happy about the grad invites…
I’m not happy about the grad invites and when I reached out to customer care a week ago, I didn’t hear back for a few days then they say it has to be in review with the leadership team. How long could this possibly take? Other companies just remake them with another picture or refund. I still haven’t heard back as to what FOREVER is going to do about this. These are time sensitive as we need to get the invites out for Graduation. At this point I want a refund and not deal with Forever.
