Katie took the time to transfer my Artisan software over to my new computer. A very stressful thing for me to do on my own, so I greatly appreciate that Forever offers the tech support to make that happen. I appreciate that Forever offers scheduled appointments to do the shared computer support. Additionally, she made sure that my Historian 6 cabinet was directed to my external hard. She was patient, kind, and informative.

Quality Results, Thoughtful Service, 1-on-1 Help
On September 8, 2026 I purchased a Forever Box in order to digitize video tapes from the 1970s of family events. When I completed my order, I was notified immediately about my estimated delivery date and given a FedEx tracking number. FedEx also showed an image of the package on my porch a day earlier than estimated, which was awesome because I was going out of town in two days. When I opened my box, it came with complete instructions for labeling and returning videos, and all the appropriate packing materials so I could submit the videos to be digitized immediately. I have come to trust Forever, because since 2020 I have sent them over 1,000 individual family pictures, slides, and priceless family memories in multiple size boxes, and even a box with 12 reels of 50-year-old films (as I no longer have an old projector or a video machine to see them). They were all returned safely, after being digitized, and Forever tracked their progress. I am so pleased with the results even those done 50 years ago. Forever is always available to help me with my questions (and real people talk to you). Their quality, thoughtful service and one-on-one help is the best!

I love my Forever account!
