My experience was great. I had talked to Lee Conor who made my options very clear and their advantages and disadvantages. He had also helped me navigate the website for the option I had chosen and made the whole process easy to follow and understand.

Initially, I was unsure whether this was the right path for me. However, after speaking with Christopher Graham and gaining a clear understanding of the services available, I felt confident that I was making the right decision and am very pleased that I chose to proceed.

Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each option in detail. He ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision without ever making me feel pressured to choose.

What stood out most was his impartial approach. He presented every option fairly and objectively, never attempting to influence or sway my decision. The choice was always entirely my own, which I greatly appreciated.

A couple of problems.
TWO years ago I moved house and gave them the new address but recently found out they never changed it so we never got my daughters fund maturity letter.
Next they keep saying I have to discuss options on my daughters money now she is 18.
They are trying to make it impossible for us to withdraw her funds and transfer to her bank account.
I have complained and asked dozens of times....they're trying to keep her money!
Very corrupt and avoid if you can. ⚠️
