I’ve purchased other things from Forest &Fell in the past and been really happy but the Harris tweed material was not what I expected and doesn’t match the other furnishings I have so think they got it wrong this time 😞

From the first phone call I found them to be helpful, polite, knowledgeable and were able to give me an idea of time it would take to make. Notified me when it was despatched (and was well packed). Really sorry but I ordered some material samples over a month ago & they have not arrived. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering the item I wanted without seeing the samples

Forest and Fell was a good online shopping experience from start to finish. They offer 6 free fabric samples so you can see the fabrics in your own home before purchasing the items. We ordered a cube footstool and cushions. All were of very good quality and arrived quickly and well packed. I couldn't fault either the service or the products.

Easy website and superb product

We'd been looking for a tweed footstool to complement our leather sofa and not found anything quite right. The ability to customise the size, pattern, leg style and colour let us specify exactly what we wanted. It's great quality and arrived quickly. Two minor things - the top seems to be padded with some sort of memory foam which means your feet leave dents in it that take a while to disappear - and slightly miffed that it went on sale a few days after I ordered it!

The samples of the fabrics arrived very promptly. I was able to select the required fabric and order the single ottoman by looking at the website. My order was dealt with and I received the ottoman within the time suggested. The company kept me informed of its dispatch and up to date with the delivery. Thank you very much.

Excellent company to deal with they kept me informed when there was a delay with getting the fabric which was only a day or two, the items were delivered to me in just over a week from ordering. The items are beautifully made, I'm very pleased with the quality and look.

I was not happy with the " bulk" of the cushion for the new dog bed I had ordered, so e-mailed them to ask if they could send another, which they did with no quibble and free of charge. Excellent customer service and also excellent product
