I received my cube footstool this morning and am highly delighted, as it is just perfect. The fabric samples arrived by return, I chose the Harris Tweed that almost matched my sofas and I received my stool in a little over a week ~ what service! It is superbly made and arrived perfectly packaged. I had not heard of this company before but I am thrilled with their excellent service ~ thank you Forest & Fell!

Beautiful product (Harris tweed footstool) which ended up being EXACTLY what I had my heart set on.

A little bit of a saga getting there - the cloth I’d chosen was out of stock, Ryan was super helpful offering alternatives (including the cloth I wanted which hadn’t shown on the website for the footstool I wanted). Swatches of alternative cloth arrived the following working day.

Although I had no direct communication with Forrest & Fell, just followed there website process. The footstool was made and delivered in the quoted time frame. The footstool is great and has not disappointed, just as the website showed and honestly better in person, couldn't be happier with the footstool!

I was seeking cushions and a footstool that were a little different and had an authentic feel to them. I ordered fabric samples first and was very pleased both with the fabrics and the shades. I contacted Ryan as the standard footstool was too high for me. There was no problem in making a slight alteration. The order was made in a couple of weeks.
The cushion covers are authentic Harris Tweed and very classy. The large footstool is covered in a pure wool from a different collection. Both fabrics are of excellent quality as is the footstool build.
Ryan is a pleasure to purchase from and I have no hesitation in recommending the workmanship, quality and customer service I have received.
