Extremely disappointing experience with…

Extremely disappointing experience with Footdistrict. I returned two orders (2000409719 and 7000136121) in the same box, yet only one was processed. How is that possible when both items were in the exact same package?
The delay in my return was entirely their fault — I emailed on February 23rd and didn’t receive a reply until March 2nd, over a week later. Because of their slow response, I couldn’t return on time, yet they hold me responsible. On top of that, PostNL confirms the parcel was delivered and I even received a delivery confirmation email. Despite all this evidence, they refuse to process my return. I will not pay for a product I no longer have in my possession. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Hi, we are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your case. However, after a thorough review with both our Customer Service and Warehouse teams, we must clarify that the information provided throughout the process has been inconsistent.
Initially, both orders were claimed using different tracking numbers for their returns, confirming they had been returned in two separate parcels. After the claim was not resolved in your favor, it was then stated that both orders had actually been returned together in the same package. Following an internal investigation, our warehouse team has confirmed that this information is incorrect.
We can confirm that order 7000136121 was received and processed correctly, while order 2000409719 was never received at our facilities. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for an item that has not arrived at our warehouse.
Additionally, this matter was reviewed through the corresponding Klarna claims process on more than one occasion, where all documentation and evidence provided by both parties were evaluated before a final resolution was reached.
We understand this may not be the outcome you expected, but we must remain transparent and factual regarding the information verified by our logistics and customer service teams.

I found this website whilst searching…

I found this website whilst searching for a very expensive coat. I live in the UK. It clearly stated free shipping so I ordered. I received a confirmation email stating zero shipping. I then received a call after ordering from DHL asking me to pay £395 additional costs. Clearly no one would pay that amount. So I try to ask if they would offer any discount for being a first time buyer arguing the site is very misleading in terms of shipping. I receive a standard email response that that would not offer a discount and that I am liable to pay shipping costs, adding it is clearly displayed on the site for shipping outside the EU. I have read many posts on here saying exactly the same about misleading customers . I then cancel the order with DHL and the company. The coat was less than RRP and rather than lose £395 I ask if I could buy the item but queried would I then have to pay another £395?. I have not had any response since despite emailing daily for an update. I can now see they have put the coat back on their website. I also did not choose to use DHL and had there been other cheaper options, clearly I'd have opted for those. I am not not clear what is happening with my initial fee I paid for the coat, no one has replied to confirm what is happening. As I paid in 3 installments via PayPal, I am concerned they could take the full amount. I asked to make a complaint and heard nothing

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country and are not included in the item or shipping price. This information is specified on our website and during the checkout process before confirming the order. They were second hand

I ordered a pair of trainers the beginning of april,when they arrived I opened them they had been worn they were dirty they even had a hole in the heel I sent them back that day and I am still waiting for a refund I would never use the company again!

The Shoes were sent with UPS

The Shoes were sent with UPS, I wasn’t at home and left it in a box. The problem was that I never get the QRS Code or the Code with 8 numbers. I couldn’t reach UPS ( or AI who was unable to answer the question) . That’s why I never saw the shoes and I can’t give a positive opinion. Maybe you can choose another company who left the items for the door.
I’m very disappointed.

If you buy from Portugal, delivery will take longer and be messy

Positive: Good sneaker deals.
Negative: Correos Express works terribly in Portugal, which makes the delivery time significantly longer (+7 days than expected). Arranging new deliveries is chaotic
