The Shoes were sent with UPS
The Shoes were sent with UPS, I wasn’t at home and left it in a box. The problem was that I never get the QRS Code or the Code with 8 numbers. I couldn’t reach UPS ( or AI who was unable to answer the question) . That’s why I never saw the shoes and I can’t give a positive opinion. Maybe you can choose another company who left the items for the door.
I’m very disappointed.

These jerks charged me $95 extra in shipping AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. They did not disclose the extra shipping fees at checkout, and when I contacted them about it they basically told me to piss off. Lame.

For international orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price. These charges are applied by the local customs authorities and are therefore outside of our control.

Footdistrict increasing product prices for Black Friday
I've been ordering from Footdistrict for a long time. I've even spent over 1000 euros in the store. Everything always went as expected, I was never treated very well, but I was never treated badly either. This morning I decided to open the website and check if there was anything I liked with Black Friday promotions, and when I opened my personal wish list, I noticed that many products had a different price, I noticed that many products had returned to their old (higher) prices, so that the Black Friday discounts could be applied.
This alone is a clear reason for a complaint, however, thinking that things couldn't get worse, I decided to politely comment on Footdistrict's Instagram that this was a regrettable situation and that their loyal customers did not deserve to be harmed by this situation! To which Footdistrict decided to DELETE and HIDE my comments, so that no customer would see them and so that they wouldn't be seen in a bad light.
It is a regrettable situation that stores still resort to such weak, archaic, and questionable marketing strategies, and in this case, strategies that are outside the law.
