Unexpected Delivery Charges - WATCH OUT!
The shoes that I ordered were EXACTLY what I wanted in terms of style and size. They arrived relatively quickly, which was an added bonus. I was not prepared for the additional import fee that I had to pay before UPS could complete delivery. I received an email update as well as a notice at my doorstep that the delivery could not be completed until the extra fee was paid. I felt that this was not clearly disclosed during the original online purchasing experience, and it was frustrating to receive such a lofty additional charge ($45ish) for delivery. In the end, I felt that it would have been a bigger hassle to attempt to return the shoes and get my money back, so I paid the extra UPS delivery fee. The shoes were delivered a few days later. I am happy with the shoes. I was not happy with the lack of disclosure regarding the true cost of delivery when I originally purchased these shoes online.

Very Disappointed – Received a Used Pair
I have been a customer of this company for several years and have placed many orders in the past. After not ordering for about a year, I decided to buy from them again.
Unfortunately, the sneakers I received were clearly used. They showed visible signs of wear, which is completely unacceptable when you are paying for a new product.
I contacted customer support immediately, but after four days I still haven’t received any response. Being ignored after receiving a used item is extremely disappointing.
This experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. I expected much better quality control and customer service, especially as a returning customer. I hope they will finally respond and resolve this issue.
