I unexpectedly had to pay $50 in tariffs for my order of one pair of shoes. This was a 50% tax. By the time I was made aware of this amount, it was too late to cancel and I had to pay it or face fines from UPS.

I have received different shoe and not the ones I have ordered. I’ve ordered classic black superstars but instead I have received the ones with “furry” stripes. I’ve decided to keep them since return process is not so ease, but they don’t fit for purpose:(

No refund - No reply
My return arrived on friday ( a pair of boots).
A week later I haven't heard anything, no reply to my mail to costumer service, no refund. How hard can it be to register a return? Thought it was a very legit company, but this almost feels like scam, fair enough it takes time to process the amount - but not sending a mail or anything to letting the costumer know they have received the item, not good...
