I found Fonepal via Sellmymobile when looking for someone to buy an old iPhone model which a number of companies similar weren't accepting.

I filled in the phone details and payment details, you had an option of how to send it and I chose the prepaid envelope option. This arrived within one working day. I ensured the phone was protected before sending it via the Post Office and I was paid the quoted price on the same day it was received (despite a mix-up on storage size) and received an email confirming it had been received and paid.

A very smooth and quick process made simple and easy. I also found they had higher quotes than other places. Really recommend FonePal and will definitely consider using them in the future.

I have been trading my old phones in for years and this is by far the best company I have ever dealt with. My phone had a severely cracked screen but I was offered marginally more than with other companies. They sent me a prepaid envelope and I post the phone to them on Wednesday, I had confirmation on phone received and payment made on Friday! So easy and reliable, will definitely use these in the future!

I sent in a broken iPhone 6s, and got a reasonable amount of money considering the state of the phone.

I’d assumed my phone was locked as every other phone I’d got from O2 had been, however it turned out to be locked. They were very helpful in telling me how to get it unlocked so it could be processed, and once it was unlocked they were very quick paying me, it couldn’t have been more than a few hours.

Good customer service, and good service in general!
