I placed an order for several items for Christmas presents. The main item I ordered was in stock, but as they dispatched the order without it and told me it was then unavailable. It really... See more

Dreadful, unfriendly service and a refusal to recognise a defective product
Cheap products but when I bought my granddaughter a hand operated fan in Goya, Madrid it broke on first use. I took it back to exchange it but the lady serving was most unfriendly and said first 'It was OK when it left the shop' (of course it appeared that it was, it had not been used!) and then 'I cannot exchange it if it is not in the original packaging unused'! No sympathy and a refusal to replace, not reimburse, a clearly defective product. A disappointed granddaughter. The worst thing was the very unfriendly attitude of the lady 'serving' us: just awful. I am not going back there again.

Rude Security
The security man at the Oxford Street shop was extremely rude and intimidating. We first noticing him when he glared at us the whole time. He then questioned us when we were leaving refusing to believe that we had paid for a paper bag (which we had!)

as we entered the store we had been told to not touch stuff while there was a lot of people touching the products and worker was being rude
as we entered the store we had been in your store in Westfield in Stratford London and as we were looking around the store we were disturbed by one of the members telling us to leave and even being rude to us while we are looking at the products and had never stopped following us as we were in the store and when we bought our stuff she told us to leave aggresivley while we bought our stuff and I hadn't saw her name as the amount of rudeness she had given.

Staff extremely rude in Italy, Bologna.
The products are of low quality but there are sometimes things worth looking into. However after my experience in Flying Tiger particularly in Bologna, Italy, I am never stepping foot inside their shops again.
The staff was extremely rude and lacked even the minimum respect towards the customer. It might be worth considering the people that you guys hire, because it's unacceptable that there's so many people who have had a similar experience as me and it continues to happen. Would put 0 stars if it were possible.

As the late Tina Turner would say “Simply the Best”……….
Good morning, on the 5th June I visited your Manchester Arndale store, and asked one of you store ladies who was restocking some of the displays if she could advise regarding a Pink whatever, she not only suggested some items in store but physically took me to them, simply put a great Ambassador for your organisation. Rarely seen in many retail outlets today. I very much later, confirmed her name as Ellie.
Hang on to her, as it’s my opinion she’d be hard to replace with her customer work ethic.
Thank you
D Perry

Phone accessories are rubbish!
Their phone accessories are rubbish. I bought a 4 hour phone charger that only works intermittently, and a USB cable that has stopped working, both of these are under a year old.
When I bought the charger I was told it had a year’s guarantee so didn’t rush back with it, but when I did take it back the manager denied the one year guarantee and blamed the temporary Christmas staff. His assistant offered to replace the charger, but then the manager stopped her. Sounds like staff training is also rubbish 🤷♀️.

The greedies store in Leicester
They sell fragile things, but there is practically no wrapping paper. You need to buy bags. One of the greediest stores

Online purchase (Spain)
I made an online purchase (Spain) and had an issue with my order. I contacted customer service and, not only did they reply very quickly, but also were extremely nice and helpful, they took care of the issue in no time. It was a great experience!! I will definitely purchase again, I was shocked to see the bad reviews honestly, in my experience I would totally recommend them with no hesitation.

Its not often I go to the bother of leaving reviews but Flying Tiger staff in both Limerick city centre and Nutgrove centre in Dublin stores made my shopping experience an enjoyable one. I bought the items in Limerick. The store manager was so helpful and recommended games that were so suitable. Then I purchased a table cloth which unfortunately was not suitable and returned it in Dublin this afternoon. Again the staff member was pleasant ,and professional. My receipt had faded but she accepted my credit card statement and offered me returns. It was a pleasure to shop in this store and I will definitely be a returning customer . 15th May Limerick , 27th May Dublin.

Rubbish customer service
I contacted Flying Tiger because they would not refund products purchased in Brighton in their Lewisham store, a few days later, even though I had receipts and products unopened and in mint condition. I made a complaint on 11 April, chased it up a month later and have still heard nothing. They say that they will aim to reply within 1-2 days Monday to Friday, well it's been over a month now!!
Update - I finally got back to the Brighton store. They were perfectly charming and refunded me immediately, without question and with an apology.
Odd the email address didn't work as I got 2 automated acknowledgements!

I had the most wonderful experience at…
I had the most wonderful experience at your branch in Bielany Wrocławskie. I was looking for a small phone printer that I had seen a while back that my daughter was looking for as part of her birthday present. I could not find it for love nor money and I asked the lady (in my worst Polish) if she had any left... she thought for a moment and then, after a minute or two directed me to where this little device was.... how she knew what it was, let alone where it was hiding is beyond me. Such a pleasant person, nothing was too much trouble. She had such a wonderful attitude and I am only sorry I did not get her name. Anyway, thank you Flying Tiger for having such super and unusual bits and pieces.

Correct comportment.
Torino: Via Garibaldi.
Whilst looking for another pen like the one I had purchased the week before, I came upon a pad of 'to do' lists... They had obviously been damaged in transit or were judged as substandard products. Instead of being discarded or sent to the recycling, they were put on sale at a price in line with their condition thereby saving the life of the tree and the cost of transport or recycling. Bravi!

Flying Tiger is amazing
Shopping on Flying Tiger's online store has been a fantastic experience! The website is easy to navigate, with clear categories and fun product descriptions that match the brand's playful spirit. Ordering was simple, and my items arrived quickly and in great condition. I love the unique, affordable products - they're just as charming as in-store. I'll definitely be coming back for more creative finds!

missing pieces,made little girl weep
me and my younger sister did a puzzle but we’re missing about 15 pieces, shes very sad.😡 it was a space rocket ship puzzle which she had been looking forward to doing for quite some time. Infact,we got some random double piece instead of one of the fifteen. What the flip,so disappointed, wouldnt shop again.

Copenhagen quality servic
I live in the UK, and chose to go on the Copenhagen site for a particular item. As it is my first experience I am giving 5 stars for this company based on one order. The friendly online support was matched with a seamless delivery, taking no longer than orders in the UK . The item (a dark wood artist's hand made by Zebra) is better quality than most that I have looked at locally costing marginally over average price which I am pleased I paid for. Will definitely use this particular route again. Thank you

A lovely place to be!
I love Flying Tiger so much! I always go into Flying Tiger Taunton Store looking for one thing but I always come out with more in a bag. I don’t know whether it’s Danish Magic or The Aesthetic Style but I love it. A Shoutout to the Taunton Store and I also really would like to say well done on the membership app.

Zero customer support in shop. Time wasted
I always loved this shop until I desided to instal membershio card and it didn’t work. There were zero support or in fact workers in shop (Canary Wharf near Elizabeth line) and I just had to leave tge store, as the self chwckout suggested to have assistance from shop.
Well, I waited for about 30 minutes constantly scanning shop looking for assistance and it was zero.
Sadly, very very bad customer support. Dissapointed.

So dissapointed with balloons
So dissapointed! Your valentines balloons are such a bad quality, kept popping when I tried to inflate them.
Such a shame. You shouldn't be selling items of such bad quality
Won't shop there anymore
