No order arrived

Hello. It is unacceptable. I have made an order on 29th November. It was supposed in 1 week to arrive. Nothing arrived! And now I am informed the carrier declined it! It is unacceptable, I waited more than 2 weeks, this was a gift. I was sent constant emails that my order is coming and now it s canceled. This is not possible! What shall I do now? This order was more than 80 euros, if I wanna buy now, it s not sales anymore! I filed a complaint now and I was told I will get a reply in 2 weeks! I expect a clear solution. Thank you.

Absolutely frustrating experience

Absolutely frustrating experience. My order is significantly delayed (it's been 15 days and still hasn't received it) and the majority of items were cancelled by the company due to lack of stock. I was charged €6.00 for shipping an order that was largely cancelled. Poor inventory management and terrible communication regarding the cost of shipping for a partial order.
And on top of that, you can't cancel the order online, can't return at stores if the purchase wasn't made in the same country and have to fill a form if you wan't to return it.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I placed an order during black Friday and it's been more than 10 days and the package hasn't even been handed to the postal company. I have ordered several gifts for my family for Christmas and I am traveling in a few days and I don't think I am going to get them before my departure day so I will be empty handed. It's very upsetting, it's the last time I am ordering from them.

bought a flowery pen that rubs out and i got it for college and when i used it, i realised it had no ink. i took out the ink capsule and it was completely empty. why sell a pen with no ink. around £1.25 as well

Workers ugly behaviour

Honestly, Flying tiger is such a great store for me I love shopping there but this time it was absolutely disgusting. The security guard kept following me and my kids like a stalker, we've been there so much and always so nice to everyone and everything and the amount of side eyes he gave was insane. At one point I swear I could feel him breathe behind me. No respect at all! When I was checking out for my items he had the audacity to stare at us and showed no attention to other customers causing chaos! Not even a glance. The behaviour is atrocious.

I think they are doing something bad on…

I think they are doing something bad on purpose. Some shops in here, Italy not in Denmark. They are so polite there.
Let's see where they think they will go :D

Waste of money

I bought a hand fan. I ordered from Tiger because I figured it'd be fast, since it's within Denmark. I don't know where it was sent from, but it took a week since I placed the order.
The color of the fan was chipped, and the fan itself is pretty useless, as there's no battery. You have to constantly press, like a pump, for the flimsy shafts to turn, and they handle gets stuck every four presses.
It's about 15 cm long, and it came in a huge box with lots of protective paper over the fan, not around it, so no protection at all.
Overall, waste of money.
But 2 stars because they reacted immediately to my claim, and I am being reimbursed.

The problem with reviews is people are far more likely to leave a bad review if they've had a problem, than leave a good review if they had good service... THIS IS A GOOD REVIEW
Bought some bamboo storage boxes from Bracknell, but my partner didn't want them so took them back. Staff helped straight away - checked the items, even offered to take back the bag ! and only needed the receipt - I didn't have to find my card. Friendly, efficient. Excellent service in the shop. Thank You

Avoid Flying Tiger!

I made a massive mistake and did not read the multiple negative reviews before putting in an order of over £100. They have essentially stolen my money. 10 days after purchase the tracking still says "with sender". Twice we emailed them and twice they just closed the case. First we realised this is coming from somewhere in Europe , second time they claimed they were dealing with strikes. Both times refused to provide European tracking so they clearly lied this was shipped in the first place. Refused to refund unless the items actually eventually arrived, we refuse to take them from the courier and then they receive them back in Germany or France...as they themselves did not know where these are being shipped from?!?! Honestly this scam of a nasty company is simply disgusting. We are now reporting them to the Retail Ombudsman and Trading Standards. Opening a case with the bank and will be reviewing across social media. They are disgraceful scammers and should shut down this online shop. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Disappointed

Just been to to Flying Tiger in Meadowhall bought a fluffy pig saving bank,great shop but when I was paying I wanted a carrier bag,was told they don't have any would have to buy a shopper bag at £3,50,Wasn't very impressed,

Unhelpful Customer service

I'd ordered a couple gifts yesterday and by std norms on their website it says delivery is within 2-4 days. I was chatting with customer care to find out if there's any way to know the exact status of my order and if it could be delivered urgently but I've had the worst experience ever. Ill informed and curt robotic responses only stating what I could already read. Very unhappy with their customer care. I will write again when (and if) i receive my order

Absolutely awful - do not shop at this store!

Absolutely awful - do not order anything from Flying Tiger online. I placed an order and paid a £9 delivery fee (which in itself is shocking!) only to receive an email 12 hours later saying the items I mainly made the order for were now out of stock.

I had to email Flying Tiger three times and wait three days to get a response, only to be told that there was nothing they could do and they would not be refunding me my £9 delivery charge (which, because of the 'out of stock' items) has ended up being almost as much as the order items I placed.

I will absolutely not be ordering or shopping in Flying Tiger again - unreliable, and extremely poor customer service.

I love Tiger usually however I just…

I love Tiger usually however I just bought an LED candle and couldn't get the screw out of the battery pack to fit the batteries. Damaged the candle in the process trying to unscrew it then the bottom fell off and ripped the wiring. Beware, these are a waste of money.

Order came within the estimated time

I made an online order on the 2nd of December with bits and bobs for Christmas.
I tracked my order using SkyNet and my order, which is coming to the UK seemed to be stuck in Germany for a while. However, my tracking said it would arrive within 10-12 working days. I got worried when I then came and looked on here with so many negative reviews. However, my parcel arrived this Saturday, within the 10-12 working days timeframe given. Items are in good condition, can't fault anything. I would probably buy in store next time, as the shipping does take a long time, BUT it is coming from abroad so should be expected.
