I placed an order for several items for Christmas presents. The main item I ordered was in stock, but as they dispatched the order without it and told me it was then unavailable. It really... See more

15 days for delivery still not received
Placed an order on the 9th November and still not received by the 24th with a standard reply of we will look into it but no real effort to have an answer …. Will never order again

Delivery issues and useless customer service
Ordered Christmas ornaments on the online platform. First time using it. Was happy to receive a delivery tracking email the next day after the order, 10th November. Not a single update since and no order in sight. When I asked for an update, received a snarky response - basically look up delivery timeframe for your country and don't bother contacting us until past the max stated delivery time. Contacted them again and only got an automated message that they know my delivery is late and just "keep calm". Never using them again.

These guys were amazing! I had a serious problem that I thought couldn't be resolved! I'd bought some items from their website and looked forward to them being delivered! It wasn't until I received a shipment email that I realised my mistake! I had recently moved house and forgotten to update my address details before placing the order! My previous address was now empty, so there was no one to receive it! Unfortunately, after contacting customer services at Flying Tiger Copenhagen, they informed me that they couldn't stop the shipment, as it was already in the hands of the courier! They were very kind and supplied me with the tracking number of my parcel, which was being delivered by Yodel... Today! They said, if it's sent back to them in Copenhagen, they'll issue me with a refund! With that in mind, I contacted Yodel Customer Services, via InPost, explained my predicament and gave them the tracking number kindly issued to me by Flying Tiger! After proving who I was and the address where the parcel was headed, Yodel called the delivery driver and cancelled the delivery! They informed me that it'll go back to the depot and sent back to Copenhagen, as it can't be redirected to my new address! Happy in the knowledge that my parcel was safe, and not sitting on the doorstep of an empty house I couldn't get to, I emailed Flying Tiger and told them it was going to be returned to them! A little while later, they replied informing me that they have issued a full refund and to expect it within the next 5-10 business days! I find that to be absolutely incredible! FTC and their team were so professional, kind and helpful to me! I don't think I would have been able to sort it all out without their help and advice! I'm very grateful to them! I fully intend to re-purchase the items ordered, but will make sure they are coming to the right address in future! Thanks again, FTC!

Honestly I was so dubious about ordering as the reviews are quite poor. However an item I wanted I couldn't find anywhere else and the store didn't stock them so I hesitantly placed an order with the mindset of it may or may not arrive before Christmas but worth a go for what I wanted. 9 days from ordering to delivering. Full communication. Tracked delivery. Well packaged. I rarely leave reviews but for a brand with real poor reviews I wanted to say no complaints here and would recommend.

Clear and easy online shop, unique products, I am very pleased with Flying Tiger!
I have been shopping online for many years from Flying Tiger and I will keep doing that as I am very satisfied. The online shop is easy and clear to use. Once there was a problem with the package, it had been torn on the way to my country and as soon as I informed them I got refunded for the products that were missing.
The products are clearly described and they are quite original, I love them.
The only thing that has changed is that I cannot track the parcel until it arrives in my country while some years ago I could track it all the way so I knew when to expect it. That isn't a real problem though as I know it takes a few days .

Great store Kings Rd
Shopped at Kings Rd and a lovely store manager ‘Petiya’ helped with a refund in a few goods. Lovely lady who fix her upmost to sort out the issue. I’ll be back to buy Christmas decorations soon. Thank you.

Ruthless capitalism with a Danish smile
I’ve purchased a few items from this shop over some years. Whenever anything has gone wrong the response has been the same: we don’t care. In some cases they ignored my messages. In others I got a perfunctory, passive-aggressive reply. The assistants in the store (on the rare occasions they are at the tills) will not help with anything except taking your money.
Every time you make a purchase a cutesy Danish voice promises 10% off if you “join our club” but if you actually do, after a tedious process including downloading their 30mb app over your own mobile network (they do not have wi-fi) and verifying your mobile number via SMS every time you open it (why?), you will find it hardly ever works. Then no one will help and you will have to pay the full price.
Underneath the hippy dippy branding they are as transactional as Donald Trump: the Ryanair of vaguely Scandinavian plastic knickknacks.

Flopping Tiger
The shift in retail and yet shops wonder why footfall is shit. I used to love flying tiger, I would go just to peruse and end up buying loads I never knew I needed. Now? It’s a last resort only shop.
- Self checkout is the only option.
- Bring your own bags or buy ours for £3.
- need assistance while shopping? Ha
- same item is cheaper on our own website? Oder it online then. Oh, but click and collect will be disabled so buy in bulk or pay £6 shipping.
And now: bring your own packing material because the tissue paper we offered for safely carrying easily damaged items (candles, easily scratched decorative items, etc) is also no longer.

Not a single problem
The bad reviews originally made me worried, but I couldn't be happier with the service. Communication with the eshop was clear and the item was delivered two days ahead of schedule, packaged very safely. (ordered the doughnut cushion: adorable and very soft)

I don’t understand these bad reviews
I don’t understand these bad reviews. I ordered online and they packaged my items well especially as they were breakables. They were quick to respond to an email too. Don’t let the reviews put you off.

Scam
I ordered in June now it’s the middle of August and I have not received my package. I called the delivery and we fixed all problems but then it was returned back to flying Tiger and I have sent them three emails and not gotten any answer and I have not got my money back. I called the delivery again and they said to contact flying tiger, but they absolutely don’t want to answer. Don’t order from here.

Worst customer service ever
So I bought a bunch of mats and they were damaged. I repeatedly asked for a refund as well as compensation given the fact that I have to now go out and buy them again in an area that I live and they have repeatedly ignored my emails. I posted a review on here and the replier from the organisation on here told me to go to the website and submit a new query but still no response.
Given my disabilities on vulnerabilities and the anxiety it's caused me I am absolutely appalled by this behavior.
I would not recommend anyone shopping here.

Flying Tiger milk frother and returns
I never wrote bad reviews but I have never been satisfied with a product from this company. I recently purchased the milk frother, and I was definitely not expecting anything amazing for £4 from Flying Tiger, however the motor burnt out after ONE use and they would not take it back as it had been “used”?! This thing is not powerful, it should be able to withstand the very little power that it gives out.

Worse experience
I went to this shop in Coventry around 12pm with my mum and 5 year old girl. A manager accused my mother and me of robbery. She asked me to open my bag? I was shocked and i asked her why? And she then said open your bag? I opened it and then asked why she was treating us this way? She said she had my mum and I on CCTV and we had been reported to the police. I immediately asked for her to call the police and that I was not moving out of the store until police came. She can not accuse my mum and I for stealing when we have never ever done anything like this. My little one crying and asking mummy please. I asked her to calm down, and insisted to call police. She said I can ask you to leave now. People around listening all. Never felt this way. Her colleague apologised and saw me shaking and nearly crying and said maybe it was a mistake but the manager stood there looking at us so bad and saying we were reported for robbery. I went to police as soon as I left the shop. Police said they confused us with other people and we had no record of ever doing anything like this and to not worry and put a review online. Definetelyt needs some training on how to treat customers. I want an apology as the way we were treated. Disgusting.
