Fluege.de Reviews 

As of my personal experience, FLUEGE.DE does not respect customers:

1. Low chance of reaching by phone and does not reply emails!

2. Requests passport and credit card details each time you purchase with them. If you do not send this within 24 hours (and who stays online the whole day?), they promise to cancel the booking and take 50-100 from credit card as a penalty!

3. Gives discounts on tours that are more expensive than offered elsewhere.

4. And the 20 euro charge for using Visa is way too much.

I booked my flights with many companies, but this experience is the worst.

I have bought a ticket from fluege.de, but due to Lufthansa strike the flight was cancelled. Even so, they didn't bother to send my money back.
Of course it is impossible to communicate with them, I try many times to call each time the line was either down or I was the 10-11 person waiting on the line.
And since they don't have any support email address, to call them directly and waist a lot of time on the phone (plus the money, because you are the one waiting 30 minutes at least) it is terrible.

Terrible experience trying to reach customer service. Will never never book a ticket with fluege.de again.

cheap flight without booking & credit card fees- thumb up

On the current travel Europena internet market you can buy a ticket from Malaga to Viena from a travel agency based anywhere, also in Germany.

My recent experience with FLUEGE.DE was 100% positive, as summarized above in one sentence. It was the best price for the flight / dates I needed.

They charge to the card more than displayed on the webpage! And then refuse to refund the difference. I didn't play with them and simply submitted chargeback claim in my bank, then got the difference but it took 2 months. Avoid this scam webpage!

Unacceptable! Be aware of the unexpected service fee.

BE AWARE, don't book with them. fluege.de charged my credit card 3 time for the same ticket, and then send me an email saying that my credit card wouldn't accept the payment, however my bank insist that the money has been charge and is waiting for approval. After trying to cancel everything they charged me with a fine of 100€!

Travel warning! Don't EVER book a flight with Fluege.de. They are horrible. Besides the fact they have hidden fees, they've now kept me on hold for about an hour already (and I'm calling International), they book flights that are not workable and they refuse to make changes for you! Fluege.de is the worst company I've EVER dealt with!!!!!

The next day the reply for our booking arrived with a different return date. After spending 40 euros on phone bills for 3 service calls nothing could be done. My advice, go to a real travel agent because the Internet business model is unreliable.

My wife had the same experience as another reviewer.
She booked some flights at fluege.de and when she got her confirmation they were not the flights she booked: another day, other countries, other times, other prices. Then I called them, it took 1 hour and 10 euros and then they wanted 100 euros to cancel the whole mess they created. I phoned our credit card company and without a screendump of your booking they can't do anything. Sorry, you lost your money.

I tried to buy airfare trough their online system. They wanted from me all my personal data, photocopy of my credit card and passport! But aftrewards they cancelled reservation without any reason. I am very suspicous that this site is SCAM! They don't returning to may e-mails!!!
