Its me again. After some more e-mails answering the unfavorable review I gave Billigfluege .de came back 2 times with a standard
e-mail but no answer to my question. Billigfluege .de is a rip off and cheating website which charges Insurance without asking for it and will not answer any questions. Never book with them if you want a carefree trip and no problems. They will book you on 2 different Airlines for and issue 2 tickets for your flights and not tell you before your booking. Cheating all the way.

I Bought a ticket that was supposedly very cheap with my credit card. I Paid, everything ok. I got the ticket in my e-mail. 10 minutes later, after they had supposedly processed the payment, I got an e-mail saying that actually they had not been able to process the credit card payment (?) (why on earth would they issue the ticket then?), but that they would try once again in 24 hours. If I want to change the payment method, I have to pay around 20-25% more, and if I cancel, I have to pay two times the value of the ticket (100 euro), which is crazy. Never again.

The customer service tries to be helpful, at least if you can reach them.
But unless you buy the service package, it will be incredibly difficult to get help, so you better pray nothing wrong happens. And do check with your bank that the payment was actually delivered, because cancellation fees are very high.

These things I have not experienced!
First reported on the website of incomplete price for the ticket. After entering all the data will be billed separately even a service fee € 59.98. It is a hidden tax that is actually something of a scam with the price, so that the sum of tickets and ticket hidden fee is overpriced and no one will buy.
After written complaints and denunciations booking tickets only do I get the autoresponder answer from billigfluege.de where he wrote about the problems at airports and weather conditions. What does that mean???

They mess up, and can't charge me for my ticket. They therefore cancel it. That all fair enough, but then they demand 100€ service fee for the inconvenience. Absolutely deplorable...

Got a mail they could not take the money off my account, I replied to ask for an alternative way of paying. No reply. Asked via the online customer support file. No reply. Wrote again, no reply. Finally phoned the customer service number, on hold for 30 minutes before I hung up. Do not use this company. There is no way to communicate with them if something goes wrong.

We booked a flight from Hamburg to Crete. After we paid about 1100 EUR for the tickets the flight got cancelled. Since we have not been able to make contact to billigfluge.de (they don't respond to our calls or mails) and we have not heard from them. It has been more then two months. So if you dont want to waste your money DONT use billigfluge.de. It is fraud.

Good look- and feel website with a straight forward design which makes it easy to search and find what i'm looking for. Prices are competitive. I'm very pleased.

I booked a flight from kenya to Frankfurt. The booking was done very first and the confirmation came in quick, very efficent I would recommend them anytime.
