All good except online info about order

Good looking floors panels i give 4 stars because after ordering there is no info via email about order no receipt nothing about delivery, I received sms after 4 days after my purchase about order number and delivery , online support didn't reply

Good price but delivered day prior to arrangement.

Prices etc very good, however we arranged for the delivery to be made on a Thursday and it arrived on the Wednesday afternoon. Eventhough we received an email confirming the Thursday delivery, fortunately the appointment we had on the Wednesday finished early and we were just back in time when the flooring arrived.

Great experience

I ordered a small amount of LVT to replace the flooring in my kitchen - it was good quality and arrived quickly. Will definitely use Flooring King again.

Cannot recommend

I purchased Polyflor Camaro Rigid Core flooring from Flooring King. Less than 24 hours after professional installation, one of the planks was damaged. It appeared that the layers of the plank had separated at one corner, despite the floor having had virtually no use.

I reported the issue immediately, but the complaint took weeks to progress. During that time, I had to purchase the exact same replacement plank from another supplier at my own expense so that the floor could be repaired. Flooring king is charging £39 delivery for one pack.

Polyflor's initial report stated that the exact cause of the damage was unknown, but my claim was rejected. Flooring King then advised that, because the flooring had been installed, responsibility rested with the manufacturer.

What disappointed me most was the lack of ownership of the issue. As a customer, my contract was with Flooring King, yet I felt I was simply passed between the retailer and the manufacturer.

The flooring is sold with a 10-year warranty, so I expected it to withstand normal use for far longer than 24 hours. When a plank appeared to delaminate less than a day after installation, it left me with little confidence in the product's long-term durability. Based on my experience and the way my warranty claim was handled, I cannot recommend Flooring King or Polyflor.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! After ordering and recievin self leveling compound for my kitchen and dining room, I then found out it was incompatible with my current floor base. I tried to email Flooring King twice over a 7 day period with no response. I then called them to enquire and was told that what I had ordered was deemed to be a non-returnable product, even though it has been un-opened and kept inside in a dry environment on a pallet. I was asked if I wanted the T&Cs. Because who doesn't check the T&Cs before buying every individual item on a full house renovation! And the general advice on these products are to order more than you think because you don't want to get caught short half way through, then just return what you don't use. £650 wasted and no help from Flooring King. Anyone need some screed at a discount!?

After looking into this, we found that they had unfortunately been filtered into our spam folder, which is why they weren't picked up or replied to. We're sorry for the frustration this caused and will improve our processes to ensure this does not happen again in the future.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to be left with a product you can no longer use. Unfortunately, self-levelling compound is a perishable product with a limited shelf life, which means it is one of the few items we cannot accept returns on. This policy is outlined in our Terms & Conditions before ordering, but we appreciate that this isn't the outcome you were hoping for.

We're really sorry that we weren't able to assist on this occasion, and apologise again for the lack of communication. We appreciate your feedback, and will continue to improve our processes to provide the best service possible.
