Good company, but poor postal arrangements
Company staff very pleasant and helpful. Product as described, but company let down by slow delivery time, possibly outside of their control, but they should be aware that if a customer pays a relatively high postage fee for next day delivery, then 3 working days (plus 2 for weekend) is too long.

Your order was placed on Thursday the 13th and was promptly collected by the courier on the same day. Unfortunately, our tracking system indicates that the courier encountered some delays on Friday due to local restrictions, which we believe may have been caused by the severe weather conditions.
The delivery attempt was then made on Monday, the next working day, but it seems there was no one available at the property to receive it. Fortunately, the delivery was successfully completed on Tuesday.
While we always strive to provide next-day delivery and pay for this service, it's important to note that this isn't guaranteed, especially during periods of adverse weather or when accessing flooded areas. We do our best to communicate this clearly online, emphasizing that while we aim for next-day delivery, it cannot always be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.

Brilliant service, next day delivery
Ordered a puddle pump at 3pm. It was with me 10am next day. I was pumping standing flood water out my garden by midday. I forgot to add an item, sent an email, received a phone call immediately, item was added to the delivery. Brilliant friendly service.

Not a great experience.
Puddle pump and suction hose ordered for next day delivery, (which I paid for).
Next day only hose was delivered even though the pump was shown as "In Stock"
No pump isn't great when you have a flooded building!!!!!

Both your pump and suction hose were dispatched on time for next-day delivery. However, as they were shipped via different couriers due to their size and weight, one parcel was unfortunately delayed by FedEx. While we always pay for and aim to achieve next-day delivery, this service isn’t guaranteed, particularly during periods of severe weather or accessing flooded areas. We make this clear online that we aim for next day and use a next day service but that it cannot be guaranteed, as with any online order.
Our team did communicate with you outside of our normal working hours to help track your order and ensure it was prioritised for delivery. We’re glad to see the pump is now out for delivery today and hope it arrives promptly to help with your flood situation.
We do our very best to support customers during urgent situations like this and hope you’ll reconsider your review, as this delay was outside our control.

Dealing with 5 inches of ground water in my basement isn't something I ever though I would have to deal with, but following a chat with one of the Flood and Water Pumps sales team I was reassured that this wan't a difficult situation to deal with. They recommended what kit to buy to empty the area and prevent it for filling again. The gear arrived the next business day and is working well. I hope I never have to contact them again!! :) Thanks.

A really good service from start to finish, able to order the pump we needed and then arrange delivery to the Isle of Wight.
Pump arrived really quickly and we were able to get it set up and working within an hour of arrival.

Emergency flood kit department much better than their flood door department
The emergency flood kit is well packaged and has all the items needed to be accessed quickly (e.g. easy to use puddle pump, very easy to attach hosepipes and useful hydrosacks). The service from the Pump delivery department was excellent and the whole kit arrived promptly.
This was in stark contrast to the Flood Door department who refused to help when I last contacted them ! (and even couldn’t be bothered to provide a quote to try and get their flood door to work properly). A story of two completely different experiences and just goes to show that one department can provide excellent service while the other was hopeless !!
