The Pump was slightly delayed on the delivery, but that was the transport not the company.

To be honest quite disappointed in product- well instructions for product. I just assumed I could phone up and speak to technical support/ that was the whole point of ordering from them- but no, you get an automated message telling you to email and someone will get back within 48 hours! Not good when you have a flooded basement. I’m a woman on my own and wanted step by step guidance- the booklet is crap. Virtually no water coming out the end of the tibe and beginning to think item is not fit for purpose.. wasn’t going to take to here to complain but they did email asking me to do survey so I am just being honest! Is there supposed to be a little torrent of water coming out of the blue nipple at the bottom of the device? I paid £140 as I thought it would be quicker than mop and bucket.. it’s not!

I could speak to a real person on the phone and she was helpful and informative . The pump arrived in two days in time to be used it was very effective.

I couldn't give 5* because the item was faulty. But the problem has been quickly dealt with and a replacement sent by return of posting.

I never imagined facing 5 inches of groundwater in my basement, but after speaking with someone from the Flood and Water Pumps sales team, I felt confident this issue could be easily resolved.
