We left our case with delay flight on Flightright and just today receieved the payment. They always were informed us about the status of our case. It took more then 1 year to win the recompensation but it was depending of german course. It was worted to wait because in the end we got the money. We are recomended in 100%

After open a case with them 7 months ago, they did not do nothing extraordinary but tell me that they are working on the case.
I go to another company to claim my refund, and they succeed to contact the airline to make the refund directly with the airline, it means no taxes charges for me on the compensation to the other company. The airline paid me.
2 months later I received a mail from Flightright and they pass me an invoice of the 30% fee, due to its work.
How dear you? You did do nothing on the case and afterwards I found a solution with a third party and you claim your part. This is disgraced!
I still do not understand.
For sure in the future Flightright will NEVER be the company to claim a airline refund.
Be very careful when you open a case with them, they can do to you this kind of things.

When I read the comments, it seems to me that they are invented. They are very unprofessional and do not report anything. If you want to know how the case is going you have to call or insist by email, because they do not give signs of life at any time.

In 2016 my girlfriend and I suffered a delay in Madrid of more than 5 hours. WE SEND THE DOCUMENTATION OF WE BOTH AT THE SAME TIME IN THE SAME ENVELOPE ...
In all this time they have not informed us of anything. Total silence!!
In the end she received the compensation after almost 3 years of waiting and mine still we don't know anything.
We contacted them to see what happens with my case and THEY DIDN'T GIVE US ANY EXPLANATION.
We've been waiting almost 3 years!!.
I have read other cases of people who were paid part of the compensation, as is our case, so I am afraid that they would be keeping the money in some cases.

Cuando leo los comentarios me parece que son inventados. Son muy poco profesionales y no informan de nada. Si quieres saber cómo va el caso tienes que llamar o insistirles por email, porque ellos no dan señales de vida en ningún momento.

En 2016 mi novia y yo sufrimos un retraso en Madrid de más de 5 horas. MANDAMOS LA DOCUMENTACIÓN DE LOS DOS JUNTA EN EL MISMO SOBRE...
En todo este tiempo no nos han informado de nada. Silencio total!!
Al final a ella le llegó la indemnización después de casi 3 años de espera y de la mía todavía no se sabe nada.
Contactamos con ellos para ver qué pasa con mi caso y siempre nos dan largas.
Llevo esperando casi 3 años. He leído otros casos de gente que cobró indemnizaciones parcialmente, como es nuestro caso, por lo que me temo que se estarían quedando con el dinero de algunos casos.

Pretty efficient and convenient. I uploaded all documents I had with me and they claimed straight to the airway company. Today 30th january 2019 they transfered me the amount and the claim was back in the 10th october 2018. I woud completely suggest it. Their comission is about a 30% of the total but my airway company was denying any kind of refund....You can check how's your process going, etc.

Upload a few documents and 2 months later I had the money on my account!

After losing all hope with the delays and their possible compensation,FlightRight appeared and made my claim against the airline without any trouble,always being honest with me and explaining step by step everything to me.
