FlightRight is basically Ryanair.
Ryanair is just a mafia. Accept it.
You are loosing your time and money.
For sure, 200%. I'm not going to give my money to this mafia anymore, even if the bill is for free.
200%.

Very content with Flightright. They helped winning a case of a much delayed short flight (of which I believe had a not so standard component to it, but I'm not the expert here).
I was a bit skeptical for a while as the process took long (I'll suspect that's not their fault), but now I can say they did deliver, and their updates on the progress turned out to be all on point.
I'm happy they helped as I would not have the patience or resilience to be talking to the airline company for 2 years to claim my compensation.
This is now definitely the last time I use their service. Once again a woeful lack of communication and outright lying - email received on the 8th of December confirming that they will try everything possible to fight the case and that their lawyers are now waiting for the outcome of some cases that have reached the European Tribunal to decide how to proceed. However when I go onto the website they say that the case is closed because of a low chance of getting compensation - and to add insult to injury they claim that they send us an email explaining it all - which they did not!

Thank you for taking care of my case, amazing results!!!
Ask to sign exclusive agreement with them and after that, once you cannot give the case to any other company, they just don't treat your case. It is a pure robery, they just don't do anything and let the time go until you don't claim anymore. You are trapped with the signed agreement, and you lose your right to an indemnisation. They work in favor of the airlines.

Incredible service, they asked for the whole relevant information and they took it from there. It was very smooth, I just had to answer a couple of emails and that was it. They got me the whole amount. I absolutely recommend them and I think their fees are fair and good.
Much like other people on this board, I had a really bad experience with them. They took my case, then the months rolled by... About six months in, the airline contacted me to offer me compensation, but I did the honourable thing, told Flightright and told the airline I was contractually obliged to continue with them. I wrote again now, after about a year and they dropped me like a hot stone with the typical response I'm seeing here that "due to the high volume of XYZ..." They need to be more honest, and more realistic.

Kept getting emails saying they were working on it and investigating, 11 months later they finally say they don't think they'll win so they're giving up.
Firstly, the airline (TAP) cancelled the flight and didn't pay the required compensation required by law, so I'm not sure what's so complicated about following up on that when you are supposedly specialists in that type of claim...
But even if they correctly finally assessed that they couldn't win the compensation claim, why waste 11 months of everyone's time?
The only explanation I can think of is that they didn't assess the case properly in the first place. I may as well have kept trying to contact the airline myself instead of trusting FlightRight

Daba por perdida una disputa legal con British Airways y el equipo de Flight right me lo ha solucionado perfectamente!
I have relied on Flight Right twice to obtain the due compensation for airline delays. In both cases, I received notification from Flight Right that the airlines had rejected the refund request. Other members of my group used a different agency from Flight Right and obtained their compensations in less than a month. I have requested the revocation of my mandate from Flight Right and have not received any response from them. I advise against using their services; I am still awaiting a response.
Don’t trust the positive reviews, I’m evaluating to take legal action against this company.

My Ryanair flight was delayed over 3 h. Ryanair didn't want to give any compensation if the delay was not even bigger but I knew the international laws said otherwise. From previous experiences dealing with low cost companies, I decided to use Flightright and avoid the long and usually unsuccessful communication with the air company.
It took several months, (since Ryanair didn't reply even to them!) and their lawyers had to get involved, but finally I got a full refund. I was happy to give Flightright a percentage just to avoid all the hassle, by myself I would probably end up empty-handed
Be careful! It is not a simple calculator or page to see an indemnity. When you "calculate" and put your email they understand they are contracted.
