Flight Centre New Zealand Reviews 

We returned from our 9 night cruise on the Royal Carribean and specifically requested no themed cruise like the wiggles, an alternative date was suggested . We booked 10 months in advance looked forward to the cruise with working hard to get it paid off. We got on the cruise and it was the wiggles themed cruise. We have lodged our complaint since our return which was the 10th April sent numerous emails for a compensation the in incorrect product information however no one is getting ack to us, we have spoken to Nicolas Montgomery promising me he would get back to me two weeks ago. This company over promises and under delivers I would not recommend in booking anything with Flight Centre! they are happy to take your money and push you aside on complaints!

I have always booked our holidays myself but decided to use Flight Centre for our overseas holiday. What a mistake that was. Paid for flights, transiting via UEA 4 days before the war in Middle East started. Our Gov has a Do Not Fly alert in place and Flight Centre claim they dont have any info about this. Then when trying to change the flights, they claim it will be over $12k to change - for flights that only cost $15k in the beginning. Back and forth blaming the airlines and offering no help at all. Several calls to their overseas call centre staffed with people who read only from a script and have no care in the world - and have no better offers on the table. Called the airline directly, they called BS on their service and gave me details on what to get Flight Centre to do in the booking system. Airline offered waiver codes and put in the booking but Flight Centre claims they expired (after 2 days) and no TL or complaints person has called me back. Airline is now getting involved to get approvals to change flights with waivers in place - but Flight Centre then decided to charge me their fee for changing even though their policy says that if airline changes flight at no cost, they wont have fees either, but yet still insist they will be applicable as I am asking for the change not airline changing the routes.

Jassu Singh of Riccarton branch has been a great help for my family in getting us a flight where it is not only budget friendly but also convenient for me as I will be travelling alone with an infant and my 11yr old daughter. Amy at the chartwell branch was amazing. She is our go to person. Would highly recommend. Nothing was a bother and she even stayed past the branch closing time so that we could make payment over the phone to secure our flights and accommodation.

My travel agent Pashan Irani was wonderful to deal with from start to finish. He was very helpful, prompt in getting back and patient throughout the process.
Pashan provided the best options to me keeping in mind my requirements as I was solo travelling .
My booking was complex as I wanted to travel across 4 different countries and had many flights to plan out.
