I walked into Flight Centre at Yonge and Bloor last Thursday and wanted to go away two days later. Kay was Outstanding!!! She narrowed down the possibilities quickly and the decision was made fast. To Cancún I went and had a blast!!!

I chose to work with Shiela Conwi to plan my destination wedding, and I could not have been happier with the service she provided us. She made us feel taken care of every step of the way. She answered all questions within a timely manner, and if she didn’t know the answer to one of the questions, she knew who to go to.
I cannot recommend Shiela enough for group travel bookings, especially destination weddings.
We had people from all over Canada in our group & she was able to coordinate bookings with ease for our out of province guests. I was always someone who never fully understood the reason for using a travel agent to book trips, but after my experience with Shiela, she is stuck with me for every trip I book going forward. If you are a bride looking to book a destination wedding, Shiela is truly your gal.

I had an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I went to Ryan. He was so funny, understanding, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. What made our experience so great is having Wenke Fast as our agent. She took so much time designing our perfect vacation that includes a Scandinavian Cruise with excursions before, during and after our cruise. She even went the extra mile and capitalized on a one-day promo to get us upgraded to a Concierge State Room that ended up being less expensive with more amenities. This was our first time with Wenke but certainly not our last! Highly recommend her and the friendly helpful team at Flight Centre Orchard Park!

Our magnificent agent, Mariah Mirchandani is outstanding, so patient and nothing is too much for her ! We are in our late 80's and have used Mariah for many years ..she gets better by the trip ! We will readily recommend her ..she is a credit to your organisation !

I had an amazing experience working with Leigh while planning my first family vacation. From day one, she was fully engaged, informative, and incredibly patient. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about my travel plans and took the time to truly understand what I was looking for.

We began planning our family vacation back in September (2025). Once I made my choice of Jamacia Ochio Rios from Leigh’s suggestion list, she guided me through every step with professionalism and expertise, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Her dedication and attention to detail gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was her expertise in coordinating travel for a large group of 21 people, thoughtfully considering everyone’s preferences and needs. Despite the complexity, she handled everything seamlessly and provided options that worked beautifully for the entire group. Leigh is not only highly skilled but also incredibly personable and genuine—you can tell she’s not just doing a job, but truly passionate about what she does. That passion shone through in every interaction, and she even shared in my excitement, which made the experience all the more special.
Even when I asked repeated questions, she never once made me feel like a nuisance. Instead, she reassured me that she was always there to help and encouraged me to ask anything, no matter how many times. That level of patience and care is something I truly appreciated.
While in Jamaica, I needed assistance, and her response was immediate. That level of reliability and commitment is rare and made a huge difference in my overall experience.
I’m truly going to miss staying in touch with Leigh. Although 99% of our conversations were about my family vacation, we also shared a few lighthearted moments chatting about our lovely Canadian winter, even making ice cream in the snow. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring group travel expert.
If there is an opportunity to recognize Leigh for her outstanding customer care, it would be incredibly well deserved. She exemplifies outstanding customer service and goes above and beyond for her customers. Flight Centre is lucky to have her. The experience our group of 25 had with Flight Centre, and especially our travel agent, Sarah Griffiths, was exactly what we sought. Sarah helped make all of our arrangements seamless and easy for each member of our group. The flights were smooth and on time. The transfers were ready and on time for us. The resort Sarah helped us choose was perfect for a large group with various needs, including families with children. We couldn't have asked for more!

My husband and I were experiencing the winter blues hard, and so we thought using a travel agency to help us find an all inclusive somewhere warm and where we had not yet experienced was the way to go.
We got connected to Kay, who went above and beyond for us! She listened to our wants AND needs, and asked all the right questions to book us an all inclusive that exceeded our expectations in Cancun, Mexico, within Playa del Carmen! Kay also ensured to keep us well informed as we looked into our options, and ensured we understood what we were committing to from start to finish. Not only did she do this, but Kay was also very communicative regarding any changes or concerns we or Flight Centre had, even when we were already on our trip and experiencing it - for example, reaching out to make sure we knew our flight had gotten delayed, and checking the weather/ocean conditions.

All in all, we feel so lucky and know we got the best service. We had an incredible, memorable time and will definitely be using Flight Centre and ask for Kay again!
