She helped us navigate the complexities of booking international flights with our two small dogs, which was no easy task. Madeleine was incredibly efficient, responsive, and secured us great tickets at a very competitive price. Her knowledge and support made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. We’re so grateful for her help and would highly recommend both Madeleine and Flat Beds to anyone planning travel.

Communication was great and very prompt. Becky did a fantastic job securing us seats quickly on a flight that did not go over the Middle East. If we hadn't got these seats we wouldn't be going away. Could not recommend more highly.
